bad room for first night, bed was awful, heard water running all night, we have to exchange different room the next day

At my first morning of my stay.. when I came back from breakfast my room door was not getting open so they gave me another key I went back again not working then they send Maintenance guy and he said door lock mechanism not working we will shift you in

Another room ... surprisely that room door was also not working then they shifted me in 3rd room but I had bad experience and wasted my time on shifting from one room to another. Above all got late for my meeting for which I booked the stay.

The lobby was gorgeous, everything was clean, the bed felt like heaven, the time I spent with my partner was awesome because of the excellent layout of the room and the quality customer service of the staff.

Close to highway and lots of restaurants. Gate entry for parking, clean smells as soon as you enter, very friendly and courteous staff, very clean facilities and room. Comfortable bed, hot water, warm room, nice amenities. Free breakfast was a nice perk.

The location-it was right next to the interstate and you could hear the road noise.

I was not told that if I wanted the room made up I had to request it. Weee were out of the room all day and when we returned at 11:30 PM the room was not serviced or any towels. I contacted the front seat and told that you had to ask for it

The power was knocked out the morning of checkout. My nursing daughter and granddaughter had to walk down five flights of stairs so we didn¿t make breakfast. There was no way we were going down and back up until it was time for our game.

Very clean & looks new in room furnishings. Spacious bathroom and modern design multi-purpose sliding door with mirror to save space. Serve Hot breakfast.

The parking lot entrance are gated. Need card access.

I loved how plush and soft the beds were. They had free continental breakfast and wifi.

Room was cold but we figured out how to use system in room to get it warm

The location is easy access to/from I-85. Modern and comfortable accommodations with a very complete breakfast offering. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is very near my companies office there and have stayed twice recently. I will return.

It was clean and in good condition, what you would expect from a Hampton Inn.

Extremely loud band music from next door till 10pm both nights. Breakfast items could be improved. Scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a package. Brown sugar wasn't really brown sugar (maybe sucrose). Breakfast area was cramped.

Walking into this hotel is a pleasant experience. It is fresh, clean, and smells divine! The room was very clean, and the staff was so friendly. Especially the breakfast lady, Cathy. She was full of local wisdom and what to see. We stayed 9 nights.

Not one thing. It was secure with gates that required room keys to enter. Everything was perfect, in our opinion.

This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn. I will add this hotel as one of my preferred hotels when traveling.

It was next door to bar restaurant and very noisy. Could not sleep for the noise.
