Unable to sleep due to doors slamming all night and left message for management to return my phone call, but no one has called me back.

The staff from this hotel were really accommodating. Room was so clean and complete with basic amenities. The breakfast was so good and pretty much different daily.

It was near I 85.

It was a little run down and a so so part of town.

Curtains broken. Entertainment center broken. Denied late check out.

I love the Country Inn & Suites. Usually very nice and clean. This is an older motel, so it was a bit ratty. The room was spacious, clean and a value for me money. The staff mind their business, I like that too. Keep it up Radisson!!!!!

The staff plus housekeeping was very good. They are all friendly, courteous and helpful.

Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not functioning.

Staff was very helpful respectful and would greet you everytime you would walk by. Cleaning Service was just as pleasant.

Pool area was a little dated but was great to just cool off on an evening swim.

The night clerk was nice and helpful

The sheets for the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable ripped the curtain in the room was ripped. There were stains on the couch cushions and they were ripped. The floors looked liked they were from the 70's.

Smoke smell filling halls despite ¿no smoking¿, room didn¿t even have a clock, switch broken on both bedside lamps, was just NOT remotely a quality hotel Breakfast was ok but the staff had Friend¿s there for breakfast so it was a really weird dynamico

The bed worked, no trouble with the HVAC. It was close to where I was going and the price was better than surrounding logging.

There was litter type trash on the floor in the room. There was trash in the parking lot. There was mold between the shower and the wall. The towel bar rack was hung with shoddy workmanship. The towel rack impeded use of the toilet. The shower head leaked

It took me 30 minutes to check in because the front desk was unattended. I understand it was a late reservation- around midnight, but the representative left and didn't carry a portable phone or anything. I would not return nor do I find it worth $100.

Location is good

There is no breakfast even though it says that there is one when you book the hotel. Kind of an old facility.

The guy at the front counter was very nice and explained where everything was all the exits. Very friendly also the room was comfortable and clean considering they are short staffed would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. Coffee was fantastic. Pretty darn clean over all. Morning clerk (Brown fellow) was very friendly. Bed was awful.

Some things broken in room. Arm on couch needed cleaning. Had noticeable brown spot on it. Night clerk not very friendly. While guy kind of pudgy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was super fast. Large, clean room and very comfortable bed. WiFi allowed streaming with no data loss or buffering. As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe here. Great value for the price.

Literally, my only complaint was the ice machine on my floor and a light in my room didn’t work. This was a pleasant stay and I was able to relax and sleep well during my stay.

Perfect location for my visits from Florida on business, directly adjacent to Norcross office.

The breakfast could be better. The pool was small and it was filthy with trash and wet towels laying around pool deck.
