The location was great
The tv didn’t work. Breakfast was horrible compared to other hotels. No conditioner or soap in the bathroom

The breakfast was nice. The location was great!
We went to get breakfast around 6:30 and the hashbrowns were not fresh, so I went back to the breakfast room a little later and they had put out some fresh hashbrowns. There's nothing like having fresh food. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great location around food and activities.
Housekeeping staff or engineer team aren’t paying attention to rust and mildew build up in bathrooms. Housekeeping staffing isn’t cleaning corners of showers or behind the doors well. I look for this after working in hospitality. Night auditor who checked us in had a huge attitude when we showed up at 4 AM despite me calling ahead to let the hotel know we would be doing a late check in. It set the tone for us. We found another hotel with kind staff on our return to Columbus.

Excellent customer service. Pet friendly. They have decent breakfast. Close to everything! Target, publix, amc movie theater, panera, walmart, sam's. Close to a lot of fast food chains! Very accessible to everything! I did not regret choosing this hotel. Room was very clean and new. Big room, comfortable beds and with room amenities. I am highly satisfied! Jabri the front desk was very helpful! I love her! I love the staff!
The pool needs to be cleaned and maintained. It is green like algae
