- The old woman who was in charge in the breakfast was rude. She kept watching what we are doing in the breakfast buffet as if we are homeless!She made our day very unpleasant!
- The woman that refills the breakfast was rude and had no customer service skills! She yelled at guests across the room if they didn?t use the tongs to pick up a bagel ( instead of politely asking or approaching privately)
- Front desk person very rude. We never got fresh towels. The room was dirty.
