General Bragg Inn & Suites Chickamauga

This hotel was in a great location. Very close to family and near lots of restaurants and local attractions.

Room was not clean. Some lights didn?t work, microwave dirty, beds slept in and some clothes on the floor. Changed room twice. 3rd room was cleaner but holes in walls had roaches coming it of them. Police called on people in next room for fighting.

Leaving !! We paid for two nights stayed one packed up and left !

Worst motel I've ever experienced!! Filthy, nasty,dirty. Horrible experience!!

Close to Fort O and Chattanooga.

Room was stuffy, definitely had smokers previously. Blankets had burns from what I'm telling myself was the dryer, but appeared to have cigarette burns too. "Breakfast" was a small pot of coffee in the lobby....? Disappointed, but get what you pay for.

Not many guests, so plenty parking.

"Free breakfast" a joke; ate elsewhere. Stained room carpet. Twice had to phone hotel to locate desk clerk, while standing at front desk. Wife has asthma; got non-smoking room, but adjoined a room full of smokers; changed rooms after arguing w/ clerk.

Location. Floors needed cleaned badly! Housekeeping did not restock towels.

Paul at the front desk is the biggest asset to this hotel. He is horribly overworked and obviously under appreciated but with us he was amazing! He seems to be the ONLY one concerned about this place. Sheets, toilet and sink clean.

Cigarette smell, musty, damp feeling carpet, dirty a/c filter that made us congested. black mold on shower ceiling. NO attention to cleaning details. Run down, unclean and shabby. A real missed opportunity for the owner for simple fixes! BAD housekeeping

I thought the staff was very friendly over the phone!

The sheets had hair still in it, the sheets were stained, the room had a lot of messes that hadn't been cleaned and a lot of things needed a good scrub down. Plus, the walls were super thin, so we had a screaming baby that kept us up most of the night.

Clean room, pleasant and helpful staff, great deal pricewise.

My room listed as non-smoking had not been non-smoking for long. It certainly needs more airing out.

It was clean and very close to the civil war battle field. The owners were very nice and responsive.

The room had a musty smell like smoke or mold (it was a nonsmoking room). The breakfast selectin was terrible and the rolls were old and stale.

Good service when requested.

Carpet needs cleaned. Kitchen needs new waffle maker.

The staff were great . I couldn't have had a better stay . Located close to the park
