Our room was partial clean. The front desk did give us another room

Staff was very pleasant

Perhaps the pillow case was stained but it appeared to have make up smudged on it. Perhaps they were residual after washing but there was also some strands of hair in the sheets. We promptly received fresh sheets from the front desk and she helped change

The room needed to be freshen up, pop-corn ceiling was hanging down and it had a musty smell

We had a bug in the room and it was not handled or barely addressed. Breakfast was also cold

The location was excellent a lot of things to do in the area shopping eating etc. The hostess at the hotel was outstanding the breakfast bar was always ready and completely stocked with food items. She did a fantastic job. Well Done

Always clean. Severed hot breakfast by staff. Staff very accommodating and pleasant.

Room was not well vacuumed or dusted. Requested service of the room (it had to be requested due to COVID) and it was not cleaned. Toilet had many issues and the furnishings were old. Police were in the hallway twice making arrests of tenants.

The best thing was that the room was quiet and had cable tv. Hotel employee, who worked the desk in the morning, was wonderful!

When we checked in, we unfortunately had a horrible experience with the lady that checked us in, She was visibly annoyed with attitude at any questions we had, never looked at us, and mumbled all of her words. The breakfast wasn't impressive.

When we arrived after 10 hour drive, hotel could not find reservation. The hotel did, however, get us into a Courtyard at the same rate (good deal). Still, low rating for losing reservation and then trying to charge us as no-show.

The room very clean, bed and pillows very soft and comfortable. Housekeeping very nice and friendly.

Could not keep keep previous rooms we had been staying in for 2 days had to check out then recheck in to stay another 4 days. Had family illness with possible transfer so we did not book for the 6 days due to possible transfer to Marietta Ga.
