Best Western Inn & Suites

Proximity to the family I came to visit as well as restaurants and shops.

The hot tub was out of order. The couch had a huge rip in it and the bathroom door was poorly patched.

The pool was indoor, clean and the water was warm.

Photos are misleading. Every exterior photo didn’t show rooms have exterior entrances. Several people constantly hanging outside their rooms smoking. One guy had his laundry hanging over the railing. My room smelled of pot/mildew combined & had roaches.

Room was very nice and clean

Breakfast was not good the eggs and grits did not have a good taste

Room could be updated. Floor had stains and coach had a tear in it.

Big room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The staff is great and rooms are clean. They let us check in early with no fee.

I had three rooms and they all wreaked of smoke. The worst part was my husband had bites on his back and near his feet. So when we got back home to Virginia, I had bites all on one ankle. So there was bedbugs on the bed.

The staff was kind, beds comfy, and the breakfast was nice.

There was a musty smell upon entering our room. And the pool was too heavily chlorinated.

I was charged $175 extra during check in after I pre paid in full and I'm still waiting on a refund.

Pool and hot tub good

Shower head was cracked & spraying over toilet we were told they would fix it & never did. They came in the first day of a 5 day stay folded damp towels as if they changed them out. Had to request cleaning & trash removal had to take trash out ourselves

Very similar to pictures. Hot breakfast was nice and kept clean by attendant. Room was clean and quiet.

The staff were super friendly and quite helpful! The room was clean, cool, and comfortable.

had to walk through pool to get to room and then walked through a cloud of marijuana to get there.

People who worked there were very nice and informative.

Room stunk like mildew, mirror over sink broken from one end to another, microwave was broken. Overall the room just felt dirty.

Everything was great about the property. The pool the hot tub the breakfast was great.

The part I liked best was how exceptional Sandra was in making sure we had a nice stay. She was absolutely amazing. Her personality, her smile and her down to earth demeanor made our stay very enjoyable.

Friendly hotel desk clerk. Good location for our needs! Employee present at breakfast bar making sure everything was right.

Access to the second floor was in the middle of the hotel in our room is on the end kind of a long walk. Type parking..

Close by the interstate exit. Walking distance to a gas station and a Krystals. The breakfast was as expected and perfectly acceptable.

The in-room Tv had a large crack across the screen. In the morning saw a cockroach crawling around the room. Thankfully saw it after sleeping otherwise would have felt very uncomfortable thinking every itch while in the bed was a bug.

Everything! The lady who sets up the breakfast is particularly efficient. She was putting up Christmas decorations while maintaining the breakfast buffet. Very good at multi tasking. ¿¿ There should be a tip jar available.

No. Just that there was no tip jar for the buffet.

Best Western Byron Georgia was excellent,starting with front dest Sandra, on September 30 2022 to check out September 2.

Everything met my standards.

Given location and layout, it was relatively quiet. Seemed to be relatively well maintained.

Door seal was so bad that I could see light from the parking lot. Desk and desk chair were mismatched in terms of height, so I worked uphill. Bed was lumpy. Wifi was woefully inadequate.
