Clean and accessible from interstate

The television channels did not include broadcast channels or internet services, just random programming. The fitted bed sheet was misfit and I had to adjust it several times. The room was adequate, just spartan feeling.

Quiet, convenient, good-sized rooms, decent beds. No frills and basic, but decent overall.

This is a solid 3 / 5, basic highway-side row motel. If you're expecting anything better, you'll be disappointed. Recommendations: Please put light-blocking curtains on the windows in all the rooms! Also, please clean the floors and under the beds.

Liked that it was new. It's cheaply built so I'm not sure how long that will last, but it was new and therefore nice. Beds were quite comfortable

Met and exceeded expectations for it being a low cost hotel.

Nothing my room was never cleaned and the bed was unmade the manager informed me he could clean it in like 10 minutes. I was like 10 pm I said that was not ok. He asked if I would like a refund he said ok. I never received a refund.

The manager who lied multiple times said I would get a refund then lied to red roof corporation told them I was a no show. I have a picture of the unmade room. I complained and received 10% off at that inn, real slap in the face, better to sleep in car.

Great location with a lot of local shops and restaurants. The staff, especially donna, are extremely helpful with finding your way around town. The property is recently renovated and extremely clean. Smart TVs and bathrooms with heaters!

Beds are comfortable and the rooms seem to have been recently remodeled. Value for price.

It rained the last day we were there and we returned to water on bathroom floor and toilet. We cleaned it up with towels and reported it to management in the morning.Also there was never anyone at the desk; I had to call a phone number to get someone to help me.

If you are looking for a good bed in a clean room while traveling, this Red Roof Inn location meets your needs. No extras just what you need . Newly remodeled rooms. They definitely set a high standard for other Red Roof Inn locations.

Key card did not work. But desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was super clean and the price was right,

Do not stay here they will not give you the room that you booked which for me was a handicapped accessible double Queen Deluxe room and instead they gave me the cheapest king bed which didn't have any of the features that I needed including trouble with the refrigerator too. They don't care. They see no benefit at all for the handicap room for the handicaped people and refuse to give it out until I pressured then it was past midnight and nobody needs to go through this when they need a good night to sleep. I should have known they were not gonna be legitimate when they make you pay running up front right away before you even get to the hotel. Terrible nerve to then tell me that I didn't pay more than other people when I pay the rate that was there and available at the time of booking to get nothing in return but the cheapest room stay away they literally do not care about your comfort your handicaps or anything else. It's not a good hotel not which it admits nothing I've experienced for red roof before this one is not good.

Clean heat and air worked shower accommodations and I had in very late due to car trouble and was meant with a very nice night manager

Vey basic hotel. Not bad but very minimal.

There was not a blackout curtain over the window. Lights shown through the room all night. When we were getting ready to check out a little after 7am, there was no one at the office. We went for breakfast and then came back to return the key.
