It’s very clean, they have really good breakfast, and they beds sleeps so good

I think the check out time needs to be at noon, when you have late arrival

It was close to the interstate.

I asked for extended time being that I'm handicap and was in a handicap assesable room. The front desk clerk spoke to me with a very negative tone, ?be out before 11:30.? I felt that was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The staff was excellent, check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices. But no potatoes.

There's some aging showing by recent repairs (unlevel wall patching, cracks overfilled in crown molding) and bathroom tile needs a good steam cleaning (grout and caulk discoloration)

The front counter was ok to me, but the soldiers before me, she was short/rude. They had been up since 5am, tired from they're day. The 1st didn't speak loud enough, 2nd was new to the hotel and membership. How dare anyone treat them in that way

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the phone call a few minutes after we had checked in asking if we were satisfied with the cleanliness of our room.

Old hotel, looks like they did inexpensive repairs to appear remodeled. Rusty doorstop in bathroom, peeling door due to moisture. Disappointing for the $--- we spent for the night.

Breakfast buffet was good. I don¿t know who determines the TV station in the breakfast room, but Fox News is not something I want to watch, especially not on Football Sunday! You would think they would have something on a little less controversial!

Night staff was very nice and accommodating.

Hotel and interior is showing it’s age. It was clean but old

This is a good hotel to stay in on your way to Florida, or on your back. It is very clean, conveniently located, and has a great free breakfast.

The dining area is a little small, but no big deal....

The room was under construction went to front desk to change rooms would not do that the room was a construction zone it should have been discounted was not holiday inn quality

Staff was not very helpful...had a very late check-in. Rooms very noisy...walls were paper thin...could hear EVERYTHING in rooms around us. Did not get a good sleep because of all the noise.
