I like the service, the professionalism from the staff and the theway everything was organized. My reservations were made and everything worked out just as I had planned

The hotel was very clean and the the four staff members I came in contact with were super nice. Continental breakfast was very good too. The hotel was exceptionally quiet.

The ac unit was pretty noisy, but was ok for sleeping - kind of like white noise.

Hot water took over 20 minutes to get to shower and sink and was at best Luke warm

It looked new. Everything was clean and fresh.

It was a bit crowded with the chair for desk at the foot of the bed.

Staff was rude a/c eas off in room it was 85 took 3 hrs to drop to 76 Staff said to be patient...

Shower water pressure was ridiculous in my room. Not sure if it was unique to my room or the whole hotel but I informed them on check out. Plenty of hot water just no pressure.

Very low grade for a free breakfast, the coffee tasted like it was burned and the breakfast was a cold egg folded over cheese?! ¿¿

This room is great for one night overnight stay couple only no kids

The only thing I did not like about this hotel, the rooms are very small if you stay more than 2 days you will not have enough room for your luggage. Two people moving around in the room will constantly bump into each other.

The hotel was clean and room security was nice.

Fire alarm sounding off twice at 12 am at night. The breakfast slim pickings. The air/heat blower very noisy and ran continuous. The shower hot water on the third floor was on the cool side.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The King room was very compact and small compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The low water pressure in the shower was not ideal for someone with long thick hair. It seemed like it took forever just to wet it enough to wash and rinse it.
