Hampton Inn Bremen-I-20 (Carrollton Area)

This hotel was immaculate !! Hotel employees in the kitchen were phenominal. We got an early check in for the wedding and got a late check out to enjoy the local flea market. The breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! Rooms were cool, towels plentiful and coffee

The staff at this hotel is great. They work hard to keep things running.

The hotel is REALLY starting to show it's age. No daily room service. It would be nice if they at least checked the room and replaced towels.

Convenient to restaurants good breakfast

We have stayed there twice. Unfortunately, the room was not up to par. The floor needed vacuumed and there were hairs in the tub. We have always enjoyed this place but it did not meet expectations on this visit. The rooms need to be inspected

Staff was very nice and the breakfast well let me just say they my family of 6 adults and 5 kids love it. We will be staying at this location again if needed. Thank you for a nice experience.

Could tell housekeeping did a rush job on this room. Found a contraceptive wrapper and a mostly full bottle of water on the floor.

Did not get room I booked. Carpet dirty and bugs in windows

The breakfast/dining area was clean and well stocked with a good variety. All the food looked fresh. The lobby and check in area were nice. The parking lot was clean and had no trash. Beds in room were clean and fresh. Plenty of towels in the bathroom

The carpet in our room was sticky. It felt gross to walk on. Its newer carpet, probably never shampooed. The chair in our room had worn and really dirty arm rests. Room is good for those who can look past that stuff for a stay.

Very clean room. No funky odors or masking scents. Everything simply smelled fresh. Very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. It was a delight to sink into clean sheets. Shower was nice and hot. Best breakfast I've had at any hotel in America.

Toilet is too low to the ground. Wanted bigger windows. In the bathroom I could hear an adjacent couples conversation when they were in their bathroom.

It is easy to get to from the highway, with food options close by.

Room toilet was plugged and the only help we got was "I'll tell housekeeping" and "I will fill out a work order". Had to go down to lobby to use restroom. But we survived for the amount of time we were there.

It was clean and the room was quiet and the A/C worked

Hard to find from GPS (Believe it or not). Hidden up on a hill.

Condition of the property was not at Hampton standards.

Clean. And loved the lady who runs the breakfast bar. She is a real asset to the horel

Great location! Spacious room. Extra towels. Inviting common area with plenty ofSeating. Friendly staff. Walmart and dollar tree less than 10 minutes away.

A little disappointed about the pool not being open. A little noisy at times. No washer and dryer.

We were placed at the end of the hall next to the employee room. It was very noisy. Workmen started sawing and using electric tools at 7:30 am each day. The room smelled of mold, the carpet was wet; and the bathroom floor was filthy. I dropped a cup of water and when I wiped it up the towel was black from dirt on the floor. The rate you gave us was way too much for the room we got. I also had to cancel one room because one of my friends had a death in her family and I was not offered any money back. If this is how you conduct business, I’ll not use you again.
