Its beautiful, clean, the staff is fantastic and best of all, it was quiet. Cheaper hotels usually host noisy, inconsiderate guests who think they are the only ones there!

Staff stating all rooms were outdated and they were scheduled to under go renovations later in the year. Stains on chairs in guest rooms.

The room was clean, the front desk was very hospitable. I had ordered room service and the food came out not so great. The lettuce was mushy and rotten which was so surprising because it was the Waldorf.

My room was making a noise so front desk sent up a maintenance man. The gentlemen was quite rude. Told me because the water was running through the pipes the noise wasn't going away. I was polite and said thank you ill call front desk.

Every thing about the Waldorf Astoria was on point. Nothing to single out. All expectations was met. Beautiful art, beautiful building. Nice location.

Great location, quiet hotel and an amazing spa. It's my preferred hotel in Atlanta

Perfect location in Buckhead & staff was great!

The Spa was not as nice as I expected it to be. Especially the hot tub in the ladies side of the spa. It looked like the tile around it was very old & moldy. It needs to be replaced!
