    Pros +

    • The hotel was easy to find. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in and we travel often.
    • Customer service is a very high level and attention to detail.
    • Beautiful decor, nice rooms. Wait staff in the evening were great; food was great. The man who first greeted us was great.

    Cons -

    • The light under the bathroom counter is wonderful until you want to sleep. Even with the barn door style door closed, the light was very bright in the room. We had a room facing the street side and the traffic was pretty loud.
    • The restaurant was amazing the only negative was it took a long time for the server to return to bring food, drinks and the bill. We didn't like the long wait in between courses. The food was amazing and the customer services over the top!
    • Breakfast waiter was inattentive. Also, I asked the lady at the front desk for an itemized receipt bc it didn't have the breakfast on it. The lady gave me attitude. When I asked for her first name, she said, "I won't give you my name." Very rude woman.

Very clean, quiet and in great location for getting to the Marta Station.

Make up mirror in bathroom could be brighter.

Excellent hotel , food at Fia is amazing , rooms I¿ll give 10 out of ten and the bartender is the best , please stay at The Burgess , you¿ll be happy with everything. The GM , what a personalized service from him !!! 5 times there within a year .

    Nothing !!!

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-15-2022

    The overall experience was great!

Paying $35 to park when there is no actual valley or garage is ridiculous. There¿s absolutely no reason why parking shouldn¿t be free. Love the hotel but you shouldn¿t nickel and dime your customers just because other places have garages and do it.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-9-2022

I love everything about this hotel! But, mostly I love that it makes me feel so comfortable and happy while I am there that U don¿t want to leave. The rooms are unique, not cookie cutter and bland. The public areas off the lobby are inviting and homey.

No. Nothing. Only that I couldn¿t be the the character in The Gentkeman From Moscow who lives in a hotel. This would be mine.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-5-2021

The location, the Decor, the cleanliness, the staff was super nice.

The only thing I would change is: ¿barn doors for bathroom doors.¿ When in a hotel, things are tight. People need privacy, barn doors allow you to hear everything and see everything while someone is using the bathroom, etc.

    10JustinPosted on: 4-4-2021

It is beautiful the staff is beyond pleasant, and accommodating be location will make you dream of relocating to atlanta.

The paid parking was clearly a completely unnecessary tax at this time.

    9LauraPosted on: 2-2-2021

The decor and staff were top notch, as were the Covid precautions during the day. We had a fantastic and healthy dinner at Fia, where they brought my husband a free dessert for his birthday (the hotel staff had already given him a card as well).

We would have liked complimentary water and coffee in the lobby, and the covid requirements in the evening were much too relaxed with many neighborhood visitors not wearing masks. The room itself was a bit stark because of the bare floor.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-14-2020

    It was cute.

No indoor pool or hot tub. And they charged me a $35 parking fee. When all guest should have at least one free parking ticket.

    10KristinePosted on: 9-29-2020

rooms were beautiful, location was excellent, staff was very friendly, restaurant was delicious

    9SherryPosted on: 9-24-2020

There are NO microwaves in the hotel and you have to go to the front for ice. Another biggie is the $35 per night parking fee especially when on the weekends all the spaces were taken up due to visitors at the hotel restaurant & no valet. WHY charge??

    9DareckPosted on: 8-12-2020

The room was super nice and super clean! We love this hotel , it's where we always stay when we come to Atlanta, even though they changed there name. The hotel was already nice, but it's like Super nice. We love it there!

There was no ice machine on the floor, you had to go to the restaurant on the main floor to get ice. One of the lamps in the room didn't work.

    10AmyPosted on: 1-4-2020

The hotel is almost done being renovated and it is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and the food in Fia was delicious! It is in a quiet little enclave not far from all the hustle and bustle of Uptown Buckhead. Definitely worth a stay!

The only problem I had was the failure to get my dinner on my bill which the manager assisted with in a timely fashion before my checkout.

    Location.

I left expensive headphones in the room and called later that day I checked out to ask if they would hold them for me. They told me that the room cleaner was no longer working there and that they didn't have them. There was nothing they could do.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-8-2019

The staff was helpful and the room was nice.

The experience is complete garbage because everything, absolutely everything is under construction, except the 5th floor. The parking is awful, just garbage all over the place.

    7ChrisPosted on: 7-17-2019

The staff was awesome. Room itself was great

Was advertised as having pool, hot breakfast and workout area. However hotel was under construction and all of these were out of commission

    10AnnabellaPosted on: 7-8-2019

We loved our two night experience! The hotel employee at the front desk is phenomenal and the other staff members as well! This is a very customer-centric hotel. The rooms are so beautiful & very clean. They are in the middle of renovations, but NP!!
