Staff was amazing, even reopened the breakfast area 30 minutes after it closed so we could get breakfast. It ended at 9am but we thought 10am Plus right across the street from aquarium.

Mandatory valet parking at $60 a night. That's steep but they did bring the car to put suitcases in it then parked it again until 3pm so we could go to aquarium.

The parking!!!!! I paid $60 a day. They scuffed my car soooo bad. I got my money back for parking but still. It’s ridiculous. Do not park with them

Hotel staff wasn't the most inviting and unpleasant. Our room didn't have any soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the dispenser. No all day coffee. Bar was closed one night. They don't take any forms of payment like Chime or PayPal. Valet was over priced.

For the cost the breakfast was minimal and the parking fees were outrages.

Hotel was clean, all staff was super friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the food at the bar was great!

The people at the counter gave me conflicting answers as to check-in time (to be fair, I did show up early), the coffee in the room was not good.

The location of the hotel was tremendous and was perfect for our needs. The staff was so accommodating. We had arrived an hour before our check in, but they were able to check us in and had some great restaurant suggestions. So cordial and helpful!

The door to the room was missing a piece on the scanner for the key card. Just odd, worked fine though.
