The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was top 10 and I’d love to visit the hotel again.

The fold out bed in living room was not comfortable.

All of the reviews that I saw showed that it had a large hot tub next to the pool. Upon going to the pool for a soak in the hot tub it was covered up with plywood and artificial grass and had cornhole on top. Was not a fan of the valet parking.

The solicitors outside that harass you every time you step outside the hotel and the door to our room was hard to open and close. The complementary breakfast also closed before the scheduled time

Yes. The valet workers were extremely rude. There isn't enough room in this review to explain how awful they were. Also the fitted sheet wasn't a fitted sheet. The beds were rock hard. The swimming pool felt slimy.

I liked the pool. I enjoyed my time there with my granddaughter. It was clean and they provided actual pool towels that were larger than regular bath towels. The valet was very nice, but the price per day was outrageous ($55/day)!

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was disgusting in the bedroom area. There were red stains that looked like blood. The carpet was very dirty. This is why all hotels should get rid of carpet in their rooms!

The beds were listed as queen size beds. They definitely were not. I would say full size at best. So bed could have definitely been bigger.Also praying was $--- a night. That's alot to charge a guess at your hotel.

Everything in our room seemed broken... closet door, ice bucket, shelves, 3 outlets, 1 tv.. the hotel was nice to look at, but once you really looked it was very outdated and needed many repairs, esp for the $. Also, said pool would be open and was not.

Room was extremely cold. Maintenance did come up to try to fix it. It never worked so they brought a small portable heater to my room.

Fabulous location - right on the park. Enjoyed the restaurant, breakfast and Starbucks in property. Love the suite set up.
