Hampton Inn and Suites Atlanta Midtown

Staff was exceptionally helpful to an old person like myself, explained about pressing button to speak to front desk.

How to gain entrance to check in at top level. A young couple helped me and explained about the card and the top floor.

The morning valet and the night receptionist were great!

The bed was hard and the night valet wasn't very welcoming.The snack and water were expensive. Also a bag of chips I wanted to purchase were slightly expired, prob bc no one wants to pay their prices.

The breakfast. There was no variety in the meat . Pork only the eggs were hard and the potatoes were awful

The hotel has an excellent location. Close to the Midtown area and close to the Marta

The Wi-Fi was very difficult to get to and there were no instructions as to how to access it. Staff was somewhat indifferent to the problem even though I was able to clearly show the hostess that there was a problem.

Location Room was clean minus a few dings on walls

The lobby was on the 19th floor and it was not clear with any signage

When I tried to phone the front desk from our room, nobody ever answered. This happened twice. I gave it a while and tried again, but no luck.

Parking was $45 per day. Expensive but in line with other hotels in immediate area

The room was large, clean and the shower had great water pressure and hot water.

Some of the staff were rude.

The lobby is beautiful, there's convenient parking next door & the city view in my room was amazing.

Perfect location for Woodruff Arts Center. Park next door for half the price of hotel valet parking.

Breakfast options

They first had you riding up an elevator that required key access. This elevator took you to the top floor for check in. That area was weird but quickly got our keys. The roomed smelled immediately of stale A/C and the bed was thrown together ok I guess.

They mentioned upon check in this was their first weekend without any big games or concerts and they were relieved to be slow. Place was a ghost town which brings me right back to how you gonna give the only people there a room that was obviously poor

Perfect location for access to Woodruff Arts Center. Small menu for evening but food was very good. Breakfast was the basic Hampton Inn fare. Park next door at public parking for half the price of the valet (required) parking

The room we got this time had an odd configuration; but we don¿t come to watch TV, so not really a problem

Yes, I stayed at a different Hampton hotel and they seemed to have a little more available for customers as a snack on the go. They had apples and bananas available all day. They also provided us with water bottles on first day in a paper bag per room.

Great location for the Arts Center. No-frills Hampton Inn, but 20th floor lounge and bar are wonderful.

Valet parking was too aggressive. They need to point out you can park right next door in public parking for $20 less

New hotel. nice lobby, bar area along with outdoor deck on 20th floor for drinks or meals.
