the shuttle service was awesome.

There's only one microwave on the 2nd & 7th floor in the lobby. REDICULIOUS! Always a line. Offer HOT breakfast. we pay half the price at other hotels that are equally or better than AC and they offer complimentary breakfast AND microwave in every room.

Unpleasant walk from skytrain; calling for a ride less than ideal especially on the way in when we didn’t have the phone number. Sometimes the phone wasn’t answered when we wanted a ride.

I did not like that the young lady at the bar charged me $20 for a Gray Goose and Cranberry. Additionally, she did not provide a receipt.

on arriving off the sky train, there are vague directions to hotel and it was DARK...UNlighted...the sign AC marriot said straight ahead over a sidewalk with up arrows, led me to the back of another hotel and ran out of side walk... I could go on.

The quietness of the room. Didn't know what to expect with it being near the airport.

Didn't like that most of the parking was gated.

specific requirements- 1. limited walking due to injury of leg. 2. free parking. I was charged 30.00 for parking overnight. on returning to hotel, I called 3 times for shuttle to pick me up. 1am I had to walk to hotel. Not acceptable!

Location was fantastic!

They were overbooked and had to send us to another hotel that was not as nice as I paid.

This hotel was very easy to get to by the Sky Train, just one stop form the airport then a 5 minute walk. No need for a shuttle. This is new construction and everything was very clean. The room was great in every way. I used the workout room every morning

I had an issue on the first night. I bought it to the staffs attention in a professional way. Almost 4 days later, I still have not been contacted the management team. Also for the cost of a nights stay. Coffee/Breakdast should be FREE.

This is simply a 3 star business hotel. It caters to airplane flight crews. No swimming pol or spa a small exercise room. Parking is an additional 30 a night.

This is a very excellent, upscale hotel located on the Atlanta airport grounds. It is accessible by the airport Skytrain so there¿s no Uber or hotel shuttle to deal with. However, beware that it is a brisk walk to the hotel¿s entrance (probably .25 miles)

For a Hyatt you would expect higher quality. -This place feels like an old motel. -It's very dated and falling apart. -Creepy bathroom has lots of rust and crap falling from the ceiling. ¿¿¿¿¿
