    Pros +

    • A room listed as wheelchair accessible really was wheelchair accessible
    • overall clean. requested for house keeping, but didn't come until hours later. Housekeeping time varies, mostly in mid afternoons. booked the hotel for location; convenient for meeting nearby. didn't go out often at night for safety reasons.
    • The staff was most helpful and the hotel was clean, beautiful, and low-key. The restaurant was top notch as well. The prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, and the staff was pleasant. This will be my hotel if choice anytime I'm in Atlanta.

    Cons -

    • Streets and sidewalk in front of hotel were blocked off even a nearby road was com. , pletely blocked off due to another hotels construction.
    • booked the breakfast option. they gave $25 quota per person. If go beyond you have to pay. we have 2 ppl so can work around the 'budget' $50, including drink, tax and tips! We did manage but it requires some calculation each time.
    • The lobby scent triggered my allergies at first so I was sneezing frequently whenever I passed through the lobby.

Great location (close to a lot of good restaurants), beautiful building, well designed rooms, very clean, friendly staff, good fitness facilities, and a comfy bed.

The lobby scent triggered my allergies at first so I was sneezing frequently whenever I passed through the lobby.

What I like best was the bathroom with the tube.

I didn¿t care so much about dining in your room. I order dinner and breakfast but they kept leaving things off my order.

classic charm - a welcome change from the cookie cutter hotels. Beautiful lobby

Finding the correct side of the hotel to valet/check in on the first day was a PIA. While the rooms were HUGE and bathroom GINORMOUS, they were a little plain. You can tell reviews are important as they ask you constantly and repeatedly if you have done

A very unique upscale hotel stay

The room could¿ve had a microwave and a real coffee maker Stayed there with family and young children so those two items would¿ve been a plus.

It was a very beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was great.

I did not get to stay longer .

The staff was amazing. Very attentive and super customer focused. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping/maintenance to the valet/doormen.

Hotel room lighting was too dim. No overhead ceiling lights and limited lamps. We had to switch rooms with very little improvement. Hotel Restaurant/bar was closed at odd times. The Downtown location was unexciting and lots of homeless.

This did not seem like a 4.5 star hotel partially because of the COVID restrictions. It would be great to know when booking that the restaurant is not open, etc.
