This was our first time staying at a Moxy hotel so we weren't sure what to expect! Liked that it was unique and very different, but it was more of a party vibe than we're used to. Neat decor, great location and fun staff!

Walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. No closets in the room to put your clothes/bags. Other than this the room was comfortable and nice!

There was hair on my towels. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, room Was so small

The location for this hotel was ideal for my stay and centeralized.

Money was stolen from my room. No else has access to the room outside of the staff on-site.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very lively with bright colors. I absolutely loved the decorations.

Parking pricing

The hotel vibe and decor was very pleasing to the eye.

We brought a pet, and would have liked to know about the 100 non-refundable pet fee while booking the Moxy!

Great location, super friendly staff, great vibe and design.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was blown.

The ambiance did it for me.

I didn¿t appreciate at 8am staff knocked on my door for checkout which was at 12pm and again at 11:30am. I opened my door then to see two staff members waiting outside with a cleaning cart. That was just so out of place and rude!

It was right in the heart of midtown and was easy to find things to do outside the hotel. I was able to go to OTF for a workout with a short walk and then go party at night. I also liked that it has an outdoor pool and a bar near it.

The bar doesn't open until 5, so hanging out at the pool and drinking isn't an option. They are understaffed, so the bar downstairs would close early and the bar at the pool was VERY slow (took 30 minutes to receive our drinks). Overcrowded pool with kids

The staff were great! Every single staff member we enter acted with went above and beyond to bless our family.

The Moxy was a negative experience. The hall carpet was gross. The hallway signage was confusing. The room wasn¿t comfortable and was missing basic amenities. The shower lacked pressure. The hotel smelled like weed!

The atmosphere... the friendly staff... the location to walkable restaurants bars and other activities... the cleanliness...

Nope... loved the hotel... would absolutely stay there again
