Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel

Everything - clean, nice size room with great lighting. Beds were very comfy!

Huge shower but no foot placement

It was very close to the airport. You can walk across the street to the tram.

The staff was very unfriendly. Did not smile or go over anything about the hotel when we checked in. Only asked for ID, credit card, and said where the elevator was. Nothing about the bar, restaurant, easy access to the tram.

Location

Bathroom wall is glass so can?t shower in am without waking other people. And only one hook. Need at least two, prefer 4

There should be free coffee available downstairs in the morning. The room coffee makers are terrible

Location - right across from the train that takes you directly to the airport. I have stayed here multiple times and am always satisfied with my stay.

I ordered room service and the basic pizza I ordered was not good - burnt in places, tough crust. Not enjoyable. I also ordered a drink and they initially did not bring it, but returned with it 20 mins later.

WOW moment w/Staff@Restaurant who listened about my bad travel day and went above and beyond to comfort me. Being in hospitality 26yrs @Four Seasons and Rosewood nobody has ever touched my heart like her...she is one of a kind and needs recognition!

Very clean

Parking was expensive , and there room was a little small for a 4 star hotel.

Finish the ceiling! The room style is artistic, not rustic. Just paint the stained ceiling white or gray and call it a day. Tell me upfront I have to pay for parking and it¿s outside and around the corner.

Design and the rooms

Parking and staff assistance was abysmal. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk he acted unbothered and unapologetic. My wife was inside waiting and heard the phone ringing, and physically saw the attendant do nothing.

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room had a maintenance issue when we checked in and it was fixed in minutes.

Location is great.

Not having any stores within walking distance. You are stuck with super high hotel prices for water / coffee. Hotel should at least provide black coffee for free.

New and clean, small rooms, but overall nice hotel and nice staff.

Rooms were not huge.

I loved the housepetality, the people was so nice and friendly some was familiar with the events of the weekend and other places to go.The Marta bus line was quick was of getting around . Over all I really enjoyed the hotel stay the bathroom was amazing!

Nope ! I Loved Everything .

The room was nice and clean. We were not expecting to be in overnight in Atlanta, but we¿re happy it was here! The bed was nice and comfy, the bathroom was GORGEOUS and everything was sanitized. Even included a small pack of sanitizing wipes.

There was only one wash cloth, an extra would have been nice.

Front desk staff and another African American, short hair cut, lady upfront were very delightful, professional, and helpful.

The parking is a bit high for the garage to be behind and not even attached. Its a inconvenience the way its set up

The proximity to the airport but it was also very beautifully decorated and extremely clean

The food options at the bar were a little disappointing but still I was very happy with my stay

when booked.. i should have looked closer. 30 dollars to park! and parking was in a garage 400 plus yards away and it was cold! bad knees. no water in room. no amenities. internet - not free. not enough space to cont..

Late check-in. One staff member at the check-in. He could log in to check us in. It took 30+ minutes! Hotel was 4 star rating, but I wouldn’t rate the hotel 4-star. I was very disappointed with my 4 Star Renaissance by Marriott experience.
