Nice staff.

The sheets, towel & shower were dirty.

The breakfast is not the best. Needs a little more variety and not the same items every other day. The television dropped signal everyday with the Directtv. That was a bit annoying.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the hotel overall, as well as the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I have learned to not expect it anymore, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed during my stay.

The location of this hotel is in the middle of everything. Very convenient and the parking is great you don't have to pay for parking and spots are always available. Hotel is clean nice and quiet I would stay here every time I come to Atlanta

The key door don¿t works , the person in a Night Shift rude , the cleaning person didn¿t do the bed or clean the bathroom at 3:00 pm ( I left the hotel at 7:00 am / Comeback 3:00 pm

I didn¿t like the smell of the lobby, stains on the bathroom ceiling, shampoo/conditioner/soap didn¿t work in the shower and looked a little rusted

Everything at HIE always consistently meets my standards. Plus this one has a great staff, big newly remodeled rooms, it was super clean, had good breakfast, and was in a safe and very convenient location.

the room had a wet stain from the the AC that just wouldn't go away. AC is right next to bed so I woke up with a sore throat every day.

The staff was very nice, the floor was not clean and the refrigerator was not working.

Upon arrival at 11 PM after making a reservation the prior day we were advised they only had one maid and it was another hour and 30 minutes before we were able to get in our room and my daughter had a surgery at Emory early the next morning

It was clean and right by the major interstate.

Staff was awful.Refused to follow certain requests, continuously ignored "do not disturb signs" Allowed a man to enter our room while we slept and the General manager is an egotistical liar forced us out because we called corporate on her behavior.

I felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was great.

I didn¿t like the traffic noise. Maybe it was the room location, on the other side of the hall may not have heard all the traffic noise but for us it was so loud.

Location, free parking & breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable.

No bar soap to use when washing hands, bathroom vent was extremely loud when light is turned on.
