Cons -

People should be aware that this really is not a hotel. The check in process is unusual,as they have no front desk. Everything is online and you need to send them pictures of your drivers license as well as a selfie of you holding the license.
I was asked to send an email showing I had arrived. I didn't take my computer. I don't do that on my phone. I had to call someone to send the email from their home.
It was not advertised as having double sized beds in 2br apt. Too small of bed for 2 adults. Biggest downside and will not stay again, Amtrak is literally across the street. Comm. and bus. trains run all hours. Not a quite place.

Great value for the money no maid service so bring extra towels if you like fresh ones. Would use this place again. No complaints.
