Decor A+ super clean. Friendly staff Conveniently located

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The balcony rooms are fabulous.

The shuttle that runs from the hotel to other nearby places (ex: ballpark) should not pick up guests from other locations after those who just loaded into the shuttle are now forced to return to the hotel to drop them off before going to the ballpark.

Did not have refrigerator in our room upon arrival. They added one for us.

The staff were super sweet, and we loved the bar. Hotel employee was an absolute doll, and I would come back only because of her.

Asked for a fridge and microwave on the first night of our 4 night stay, and asked several times about getting one in our room, never got one. Shuttle service was just about useless.

Staff friendly.

Rooms and air conditioning are under renovation. Air did not work properly.

The temperature was hot in the room the entire stay, was moved to another room but was still unbearable.

There are no refrigerators, no working ice machine, and the bar was closed.

We did not get the room that we paid for. The toilet seat had urine on it. There was no remote for the tv. When we let the front staff know, they comped us with a free breakfast. The two days we had left there, the breakfast buffet was never set up.

Perfect location. Staff was awesome! My first room the air wasn¿t working they immediately switched my room with no issues.

Across the street from plaza that has different food and bar options. Gas station across the street.Beds were amazingly comfortable. Pillows were great. Hot water was great. the front desk made me feel welcomed and warm. FREE Parking

Bar only served food . Front desk overnight dude was kind of snappy. Snack prices were outrageous and price gauge was in full effect. Like $5 for a twix.

No refrigerator freezer in the room.

Don¿t ever stay at this hotel. We had a late check-in, which we called ahead to let them know, and when we got there at 11 PM they let us check in into a room that already had somebody in there then tell us they don¿t have any available rooms.

The front staff was extremely rude and cussed at us. When we first walked in it smelled like they were having a marijuana smoking party. I have honestly never been treated like this at a hotel before in my life.

The rooms and grounds were really run down. We had to change rooms because AC was broken. Other things in the room that were really worn and/or broken. Carpets, walls, and doors were in rough shape. Hard mattresses. Evening staff wasn¿t personable.

Checked in - took shower before dinner, AC was not working when returned from dinner. Had to switch rooms 11:00pm after a long day. The paint was peeling and delaminating off of the door bottoms in the bathroom.

The guy at the front desk was excellent. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants.

There was an odor in the 1st room we checked into, but the gentleman at the front desk handled it very well. Upgrading our room and solving the issue immediately.
