My broom smelt like cigarette smoke throughout the whole night and the back of the room door was nasty. The bathtub would not drain the water out of it so I was standing in water when I took a shower. And I waited over 10mins b/c no was at the front desk

The location is good. The hotel is really dirty. The hallways smell, the carpet is dirty. I would never stay in this hotel.

This hotel was not what I expected for my money. We were without hot water for two days and three nights. May 25, 2025, to Tuesday, May 27, 2025. We were not made aware until we checked in with the front desk staff. Bugs in the room.

Staff was friendly

Property is old and outdated. POT SMELL WAS BAD. Room was in BAD shape. Cover on the AC unit was busted. Landscaping was overgrown. Garbage in the parking lot. Room paint was in bad shape. Safety latch on the door was not secure.

There was no hot water in the sink and there was roaches.

The staff were extremely unprofessional. They were hitting on me and my wife. The manager was defending his employees ridiculous behavior and the room was loaded with roaches and dead flies.

Location

It had large brown bugs. Elevators and floors were dirty. Hallways smelled bad.

They canceled my reservation with out notifying me . Upon arrival I was not able to get a room.

Extremely pleasant staff that was helpful and polite with any questions or accommodations needed.

Bathroom was a tad small and the hot water was funny although they had just replaced their boiler system, a minor inconvenience at best.

Cost

There should be instructions on how to use the tv. The bed was to soft. The television was not working properly and gave me instructions to call the office. There was not a phone in the room. When I went to the front desk, there was a language problem.

Location and staff were nice. Beds were comfy.

It¿s so old. The AC unit had smell. Noise level- we heard others¿ talking, opening and closing their door all night. All 4 of us couldn¿t really sleep.

Rooms were old and need to be remodeled. Hallways need remodeled as well. New carpet needed.

Location and size of room.

Room smelled damp which made it most difficult to relax and sleep. Very uncomfortable !!!

This was the worst holiday inn I¿ve ever stayed at. They did not uphold the standards and cleanliness of most holiday inns. They don¿t serve breakfast and the rooms smell like mildew.

The rooms smell like mildew, the bathrooms smell like mold/mildew. Toilet moves when you sit on it, the pillow cases smelled like parfum which told me that it hadn¿t been changed

The location was convenient.

The room smelled musty and damp. There were roaches in the closet and when I saw that I checked out because it was 3:45am I was already having breathing issues from the smell of the room, just mildew. The pool has no layout chairs

There are cockroaches in the room The bathroom is not clean. Paint Chips from roof kept falling Tables were not clean at all
