The entrances and exits were limited and kinda narrow but I loved the free parking

My room..There no way to completely turn off the A/C..the system blows directly on you as you sleep..woke up with a sore throat..

Bedding, pillows, comforters are soo soft

That the balcony doors do not open at all.

The extremely comfortable bed and professionalism of staff.

The bathroom is a little small for a 4-star hotel.

Shower needs repair, overall tired and in need of updating

Fresh bathroom accessories (towel, rags, etc) daily.

Shower/tub mechanism didn’t work. Toilet flushed extremely slow. Mini fridge was not anchored. Elevators were slow responding. Guest dropped food on elevator floor and it was not cleaned sufficiently after 2 days.

Everything was horrible awful smell when you walk in even rooms awfully customer service, even management, very outdated. More like a construction worker lodge, not your typical Hilton Brand as I am a diamond member of Hilton, this was place disgusting!

Close to stone mountain

The reviews read it was a clean hotel. But we had mold in our bathroom, grease smudges on the glass door and the bathroom was incredibly small.

The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Due to our long stay, we appreciated the laundry facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. The best of all was the restaurants Infamous Fish Tacos from Marlowe?s Tavern which services the hotel.

I wish there was a microwave and a bathroom fan.

Cleanliness

Parking fills up and you can?t use a key card in the back parking lot to get in. You have to walk back around to the front.

I received a text from the front desk after I got to my room and they checked on me during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed.

I wish I knew in advance that the breakfast was only for Diamond Memebers before I sent my brother to just be turned away

Not a 4 star hotel. Wallpaper is peeling in the room, lobby has an odd smell, very old building that isn't very clean. The staff is nice, and help were they can though.

My vehicle was broken into and vandalized overnight. I was not informed at all about the incident. The parking pass that was in the window had a code to identify the room number, however it was not used to inform me.

The AC/Heater needs an update. I was also amazed that they didnt have a complimentary breakfast.

Room was extremely humid and smelled like mold. There was mold in the bathroom in the sink and in the shower. The air unit also smelled of mold. I noticed a huge difference in my breathing quality and sinuses

No free breakfast offered, the cost of the buffet was to much.. the room door lock did not work all the time, the halls were freezing¿ my room had no extra tissue rolls or extra soap and or trash bags for the front trash .. unwilling to fix my issue with
