I was doubled charged. The hotel bed was never cleaned, we discovered an old blood spot on the right side of the sheets. Staff was rude when payment was questioned.

Parking messy, assigned to a lot number, people will encroach upon your lot and then you keep running around.

Staff was extremely friendly. The kitchenette was perfect. The location was easy to find. The bar next door was great, too.

The air conditioner fan in our room was SO loud when it ran, it sounded like we were sleeping on a runway at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. While probably deserving of the star rating for other reasons, we will opt for a different place to stay next time.

Stunning views from the beautiful balconies from a trip here years ago made me zero in on this hotel for a week long stay over new years. Staff is AMAZING! Hotel is super-clean, secure, and the location can't be beat. AAAAA++++++

The inner shower curtain was cut short and was about the rim of the tub. I’m assuming it was cut due to staining on the bottom but inner liners for a shower are a few dollars…

Location

The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, and the staff was polite during check-in. However, our stay was significantly impacted by the fact that the heat did not work in our room. Despite adjusting the thermostat and contacting the front desk, the issue was never resolved. This made the room very uncomfortable, especially during the colder hours.While there were some positives, a functioning heating system is essential, and unfortunately this issue overshadowed the experience. I hope management addresses this problem so future guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.

breakfast was not bad, but it ended early

There was no bedding on the sofa, and when we asked for help, she told us that everything was there and we should look for it ourselves! We had to sleep on some rag without a sheet and cover ourselves with some rag. The view from the window was of a parking lot, but there was dirt and trash under the window.

I didn't like that when I booked a room for 2 queen beds and a pool out couch for 5 people through booking.com I was booked the wrong room for 1 queen bed studio. I wasn't able to get ahold of ANYBODY either through email, on the phone or A.I. CRAZINESS to correct my issue. THANKFULLY the staff at the hotel was able to help me and accommodate me

Parking cost was high. Business center did not work and I had to continuously ask front desk staff for a print out. Bathroom shower did not appear to have been cleaned.

Location was great for five after Atlanta Braves game. Beds were very comfy.

We had a problem with getting our door open. It was hung up by bar on door. The lady at front desk was great about getting it fixed. Next morning leaving got stuck in elevator. Would go back in forth between 5th and 6th floor. Really scary. Called the front lobby and she came up immediately but we had just got out on 5th floor and met her on 4th floor steps.

Keep an eye on your charge card.

One of the staff tried to run my credit card for $4,500. Luckily, I was alerted by the fraud protection service, and when I brought it to the managers attention, I was told, "Well It Is Atlanta"
