Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

I checked in about 4 am and the guy at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful!

Location was hard to find.

This place was perfect. Clean, quite, accessible, spacious rooms, modern artwork nice kitchen spacious bathrooms and great staff

The $150 deposit and parking charges. Also didnt like that there wasnt a breakfast even though they are under construction. Parking or something should have been substituted in Lieu of

This hotel should never have been able to be booked. The room needed serious repairs - I.e. TV didn't work (no cable), drapes were falling off the rod (broken connectors), the sink in bathroom and kitchen had splotches of previous stains on it & no lobby.

No lobby b/c of construction, room needed basic repairs, total construction site which was not mentioned anywhere.

Don't recall that I would be charged for parking. Very hard to find, not a great location.

The staff was friendly, and when we had an issue, they came out and helped right away.

Be aware of the $15/day parking. The 1st room we got had a musty smell to it. On our 2nd day the AC stopped working, but they got us a new, better room right away. Both were the queen/sofa bed type and the queen bed was comfortable, sofa bed not so much.

Hard to navigate from lobby to parking to elevator, then hard to get back to lobby for breakfast. There was no way to get to the lobby without going outdoors. I was not aware of the parking fee before arrival.

The music in the lobby was loud & inappropriate. The hallways were dark & gloomy. The hallways smelled of marijuana. The rooms were out dated.

the staff was amazingly friendly. I loved the fact that they offered different options for breakfast each morning. Easy check in process.

The room is fine. It looks dated but clean. It was big. It could use a refresh. But it was fine. I would stay there again at the discounted rate I got.

The lobby had an odd odor; the halls are dingy but clean; the shower is mediocre at best. There was no shampoo in the room - only soap and conditioner.

This hotel has all excellent Mark's from me. There was nothing negative about this establishment and I will always stay there when I'm in Atlanta.

great front desk staff! Great location. Close to all freeways. Close to many restaurants and lots of shopping.

The lobby is not connected to the rooms so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk¿ not optimal when it¿s cold and rainy and you have to go to the lobby late at night. The sheets on the bed were dirty.

This hotel is clean and cozy. You can see that they are working on updates and improvements. The staff was very kind. The beds were very comfortable. I slept very well.

As with any working establishment, things break but this hotel was working to improve and repair asap. Great stay.

You have to go outdoors to walk from buildings where rooms are located to lobby & breakfast area. Not a problem when weather is good. A little messy otherwise.

The bathroom was old. Additionally, the hot water in the room did not exist. So, you took a cold shower in a bath tub that did not drain properly. Qhat an unpleasant experience.

Staff was SOOOO nice. I can't remember the name of the employee who checked me in but she had to deal with a system error and a long line of people and she was just SO sweet and great and level headed.

The room was very warm! Maybe heating is automatically on for winter but even with a/c on, it never got very cool. Wasn't unbearable though.
