it is close enough (short walking distance) to music venues often used by artists. that's the ONLY reason i stayed here

very thin walls. 50.00 is absolutely crazy for overnight valet for guests. i can understand those that aren't guests. but, that price is ludicrous. especially when you're happening to be traveling alone. it also took a little while to get the car

Bathroom was not working and did not get fixed properly

The staff! The folks working the valet area were so much fun to chat with & always made sure I knew where I was going & how best to get back. Staff at the front desk was my favorite! That woman is human sunshine - truly one of the highlights of my trip!

The location was near the downtown

The sofa bed was broken at the middle so the bed always stayed curved in the middle. There was almost no cushioning in its mattress. You could literally feel the springs. The washroom had no bodywash and was running out of toilet paper.

Staff went out of their way to help. Hotel was nicely decorated and served a great breakfast to start our day.

Not one thing!

Everything was a disaster! From check-in to check-out¿the room was filthy & (including a blood stained mattress on sofa bed) I experienced a rude staff member & the valet service was impossible¿up-charged on room rate upon checkout¿total mess!!!

I loved the location it was right in the middle of downtown.

I did not like the parking situation it was a mess either you valet or park in a deck a block away it was aggravating.

They had not enough staff working could not find the valet parking staff. In my room where the shower was there was leakage from the ceiling the lighting in the room only half of them work I only had two working bulbs in the bathroom one working light nex

Nice staff, someone had their car broken into while there..Lots of panhandling in the area.

I knew that we had to pay for parking. The notice outside the building said, $30. The receipt said $25.00. Parking attendant said hotel had not yet received new receipts that conformed to the posted notice. Tacky!

It was very nice, clean, the staff were very welcoming. The location was great everything was in walking distance. They even gave me my family VIP passes to a club to celebrate our birthdays it was a great experience....

The breakfast cut off was just little to early 930 so all guest try to pile up at one time to get breakfast.

I was very unhappy about having to pay $28./night for parking.And being told I had to park there even though there was a parking garagejust down the street for $12/day. The room was really small. Hadcontinuous problems with key card.
