The room was better than expected. Very roomy and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do at Atlantic Station.
Location and customer service
The room size and layout was amazing! The location was close proximity to a plethora of restaurants, bars, salons and the list goes on and on.

Cons -

The bed was a little hard for us. We are used to a really soft pillow top.
The thermostat is set to motion sensor, so at night it could uncomfortable

The location was wonderful and the rooms were clean and modern.

The service was lacking. We couldn't call down and get our car because they were too busy. They couldn't bring our food up because they were too busy. They basically left us on our own. Even towels and blankets were sparse and hard to get.

Location

No Housekeeping for 4 days. Torn sofabed. Key scanners wouldnÂ¿t work for entire stay so couldnÂ¿t get into the room unless a technician opened it for us. Broken Toilet seat.

Room and hallways not clean. Need more then one person working valet. Non-smoking policy is not enforced.

The staff was rude...assuming we were having a party then it was four women in a room. SECURITY EXTREMELY RUDE...DO NOT COME HERE GO TO THE WEST PEACHTREE LOCATION.

The size of room

The noise level, from 6am-12pm someone kept their doors open and partied, it took a couple calls in morning and afternoon to get this addressed. We did not sleep well, and it may be due to location or type of crowd...definitely call often if you need help

Layout of the room was nice.

The electronics were not updated and had little to no HDMI inputs. Also there was no Ethernet access.

Location

It seemed some maintenance needs to be done. There were light bulbs out and rust around the air system vents. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was difficult to sleep on.

It was perfect for our family, the staff was great. The checkin was easy, valete was a breeze and friendly. The bartender went out of his way to help us. We will be back next year and will stay with y'all again.

Hotel was very clean and had great customer service. Hotel was very accessible from self parking and was not expensive. Walking distance away from Atlantic Station where you can shop, dine, movie theater, and much more. Downtown Atlanta was not very far.

Our experience was all GREAT!! Took wife here for here birthday weekend!
