The pool, and the staffs professionalism

Everything. It was disgusting! I will say the staff was very nice and accommodating and did not argue with giving me a refund. I checked out less than an hour after checking in.

The beds were okay, Breakfast was okay.

How run down it was. The hallways smelled of cat box and marijuana.

Location was near Kaiser Medical Center.

Horrible experience. The hotel was dirty, smelly, poor customer service from the front desk, very outdated (pictures must be very old). Issues: Bedding dirty, curtains dirty and torn, hair in bathroom, card key, dirty windows, dirty carpet.

There was black mold on the ceiling. Components in the bathroom were broken and rusty. Didn't feel clean. Zero consideration towards checking in even one minute early. At night lobby was just packed and loud and pure mayhem

That was the most unclean hotel I?ve ever been. The hotel itself including the hot breakfast were a complete disappointment.

The hotel was not clean, there was a patched hole in the wall that was not painted, there were dead bugs in the bathroom and tons of stains on the carpet. there were signs about safety and not having guess unaccompanied which made me feel uncomfortable.

Close to interstate and to Emory Midtown hospital

Very dirty,no ice machines that work, no vacuum cleaners , laundry is stained, It says they have Internet but they don't, can never connect,

That it?s convenient

That it took so long to get my room and to only get in the room that overly priced and it has a lot of damage to it. Also the 50 dollar incentive price is crazy when the rooms are already damaged before you get it.

Room for the night, but the desk staff were kind and efficient, the lobby was clean and looked nice

Needs renovation. Very old hotel. Cracks in ceiling and walls, bathroom sink didn?t have edging. Floors weren?t swept or vacuumed. Whole place was dirty.

The beds were the most comfortable of any hotel beds that I?ve ever slept in!

There were holes in the walls of our room. The public restroom on our floor was trashed and nasty with no toilet paper.

Some rooms do lack certain amenities but over all the rooms are very comfortable and decently sized. The breakfast is also a big plus given not a lot of places provide breakfast while charging more.

Nothing in particular it?s over all a pretty good hotel would go again.

The smell, the cleanliness ( or lack of ), stains everywhere, breakfast was horrible and the tv didn?t work at all

Where do I start my first room was horrible and dirty and in the basement of the hotel my room was disgusting and my second room was disgusting this was are first night my whole family wanted to leave

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. A very nice hotel, given it's age. The upkeep is wonderful; the rooms are comfortable, bed and pillows slept peacefully well. Added amenities; free breakfast, microwave,refrig, 24/7 coffee, are all a treat.
