rooms are outdated, bed was the most basic spring mattress you could think of.

Location to major hwy's & roads. The number of eateries & varieties in the area. Full breakfast in the mornings.

One of two elevators was out of service. Side entrance door not operational w/ key.

There was no hot water - then no water. Drapes would not close exposing extreme light into room at night. I checked out and went to another hotel.

It was very good and pleasant stay throughout. Very good breakfast choices everyday. Good staff and great hospitality.

Only thing that needs to be improved is the furnitures provided in the room which are very average/old. Otherwise it is all good.

Location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a little cleaner, dust buildup behind the door with hair from previous guests. The only thing that made my stay uncomfortable for me was the bed, firm is not the word it was more like sleeping on plywood.

Very clean. The breakfast is great. Have stayed here several times. Would highly recommend.

The staff is extremely accommodating. I want to give a shot out to all the staff. Even though they don't really have space to hold my luggage she went the extra mile to hold it for me until later that night. She's a rock star.

Overall a great experience. When there's availability at this exact location I do my best to book it when I'm in town. They are an all star team there and its much appreciated.

Comfortable room, with microwave and refrigerator. Bed was also comfortable. Front desk staff, including the gentleman at check-in, and the ladies at check-out were all excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent.

Elevators are a bit slow and probably could use a "tune-up".

Only receive housekeeping upon request or every 5 days. Also common areas need updating, especially rugs. But overall a fine place to stay.

I looked like a vagabond and I was exhausted when I walked in - I had been messing with my truck after driving all the way from Texas - and the lady at the registration desk was very nice. Very quiet and clean, will go back if needed.

The location. It was a very nice area, but I was without a vehicle because Firestone could not get a tire for my truck until the next day. No stores or restaurants. I forgot my phone charger in my truck but I offered a $50 to the pizza guy for his.

Hotel ran out of milk by 8:20am even though breakfast time is till 9am. No hot water in shower but, was in bath.

Air condition/heater/was not working on my first night then for the next day i moved to the other room.

easy to check in and out room was on the 8th floor had a refrigerator and microwave tv had HBO. The hotel was located very close to a mall overall good experience

bed could have been softer and the hot water in the shower took a while but once it got hot it stayed hot

Needs serious upgrades. My first room the AC unit didn¿t work. They moved me into another room the unit worked but was really loud. The furniture needs to be updated. The carpet needs to be changed out - not what I expected from a Hilton property.
