The room had been smoked in and when I was going out to dinner, I told the front desk clerk that the people across the hall were smoking pot and she should call the cops.

No “best”

Did not clean the room, I was out of the room for 7-8 hrs and no cleaning occurred, asked for pillow switch-no given, air conditioner had a loud noise. I did not ask to switch rooms because another family member had switched rooms, no other availability.

location, parking and free breakfast. It is close to Marta, easy commute to Georgia tech and Lenox mall.

Breakfast is the same everyday and lost its charm after two days. No fresh coffee in the afternoon.

When I got there outside construction going on. When I was trying to check in the clerk said I checked in already and I wanted to know how if they didn't have my ID and they gave me key to room and I went to room and someone was already in that room.

the sheets,and towels are extremely old. took a picture of blanket which had many holes in it. housekeeping was not up to the par at all. being a gold member of Hilton did not help in any way. will never go back to this hotel.

Room was very small with a "barn door" style door on the bathroom, which provides little privacy, security on the premises, but he was busy chatting with his lady friend, the incidentals fee was $100, which is completely obsurd.

Location was 100%. Right in the middle of so much just walking distance.

One elevator was out, the other one could use a little work, but not a big deal.

Kind of rundown-Elevator floor all cracked and peeling, one elevator and ice machines out of order. Breakfast was scheduled to end at 10 and the cook was barking about how she wasn?t going to cook any more food and yelling at the other lady to put stuff a

The view of the city from the outside pool was amazing. Also, the breakfast area and lobby were very nice and pleasant.

The bathroom was small and awkward. A sliding barn door was used instead of a traditional door.

Clean and the location

The breakfast staff did not refill items on the buffet and it was only 9:10 and it was open until 10am. Very very disappointing, no fruit, no gravy, no juice cups and no batter for waffles to name a few.

The ceiling was marked up a bit and the sliding bathroom door was broken.

Customer service at front desk was great at solving my problem with the three moves I had to encounter.

Hair in tub, sink, drawer hanging off hinges, table leg not secure. Had to be mover to 3 rooms.

Location Good variety for breakfast

Sound barrier between rooms was very poor. The room next door had loud music until 1am, plus you could hear them talking. On the room above, you could hear the person using the bathroom. In my 45 years traveling Ive never experienced that before!

Location and the free parking - which is huge win in Buckhead.

Went for breakfast at 9:30 (10AM is closing)...there was literally 5 sausage patties in the entire breakfast area. No bread of any type, no milk, no utensils, no yogurt, no pancake batter, no potatoes. Basically empty. Absolutely unacceptable.

great customer relations. Food was pretty good. Comfortable bedding.

No working guest computer usage, small counter space in bathroom and the doors to rooms doors close loudly Windows are single paned so much traffic noise on one side of hotel.

Trying to rush me out of the room prior to departure time was not helpful, several door knocks; house cleaning PLUS Mgmmt. Staff demanding i check out before re checking the booked roster for the night.
