Hampton Inn Atlanta-Northlake

Hotel employee at the front desk was a gem! His sense of humor and attention to detail was impressive and engaging. He went out of his way to make sure I had a mobility assessable room which I had requested.

There were some sounds of children that seemed very loud coming through the thin walls. It didn?t matter if they were in the hall or a room. I noticed a lot of gap around the door. At night a lot of light was shining through from around the door.

Great breakfast, the staff was cooperative

Rooms should never be next to elevator as it was super loud and we had to change the rooms. Weird sliding bathroom door, AC was working non-stop even when we turned it off and the room had weird smell. No ventilation to be turned on in the bathroom.

The bathroom door was broker, access to hotel backdoor at night was blocked even with access card.

The room aesthetics weren’t up to par there was a hole in the door to the bath room the door on the cabinet to the refrigerator was broken. The cracks in the door didn’t allow for a peaceful rest I could hear everything outside the room as if they were in the room with me

The room was extremely small and there wasn’t much ventilation

Property was secured at night by a security guard which made me feel better about the area, the rooms were very clean.

When I tried door dashing something, the lady at the front desk called me to come down and get my food, but then as I walked down to the front desk I saw that somebody else had food delivered right outside their door. It was just frustrating and confusing.

Breakfast was ok bed was comfortable location was very packed had to go inside check in and wait for officer to allow you to park

All Elevators were out of order and I had to walk down 5 flights of stairs as a newly kidney transplant recipient.

Me and my grandson really enjoyed the area and the vibe of the room. My Grandson didnt want to leave to do the activities we had planned so we stayed in and rest a while longer

Everything was good!!

The check in experience went well. I used the app to check in and out and to access my room. The breakfast was well stocked, fresh, and good.

The hotel was a bit outdated. The toilet had stains in it and when other rooms flushed it drained our toilet as well.

Noisy at night, beds were not the most comfortable, they were sinking in the middle

It looked like there was mold in the shower and the ceiling fell in and was leaking in the lobby.

The location was very serene

My room was located directly opposite the elevator and the area was noisy for me.

Conveniently located near rt 85. Quiet.

Toilet seat missing screw for the seat, shower handle was loose making it difficult to turn on and off. Room had an odd smell.

Beds were not comfortable for anyone. Very hard mattresses.
