Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown

The garage parking. I was soo worried leading up to my trip about if there was enough space in the garage & if I had a spot to park. It turn out just wonderful & I had peace of mind that my car was safe in the garage my whole visit

1 nite the TV was acting up but it kinda fix itself a few hours later

The house was in a really good location.

The elevator was really loud and being situated next to the elevator, I had a hard time sleepinh.

Price, Location, and Breakfast.

I got the first room from the entrance. The ice machine noise was a nightmare. Could not sleep. The lady changed the room next day. The new room was very quiet could not sleep deeply for some reason. More than one night stay should have a quiet room.

Front desk staff was friendly, I liked the free breakfast too. The breakfast wasn't bad at all.

I imagined a nicer hotel, but tbh I can't remember how many stars it had. I stayed at a Hyatt Place in Nashville and it was much nicer.

Size of the room. It is bigger than expected, having a separated sitting area with a coffee table and long sofa. Traveled with a teenager. It was great. Breakfast was good, with fresh foods. Location is good

Exercise room is small, only three machines. No weight sets. Parking not included, $35 per night

Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel - AWESOME! Shuttle driver was very helpful. Location was right where we wanted to be!

The location was great for any downtown business. They provide a free shuttle service within a reasonable distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably sized and clean. Gated parking, and secured entry with guest card.

Downtown area around the hotel not very interesting. The bathroom was very small, no room to change in it. Breakfast was not very interesting, probably due to COVID. Hotel building somewhat "old" feeling. No pool. Parking very expensive ($30/nt).

Great location, friendly staff. The rooms are big and spacious.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

It was clean, the room was updated, and the bed was comfortable. Thermostat got the room nice and cool. The location was good, too.

The bathroom. It's an older hotel that's been remodeled, so the bathroom was super tiny and the door could not shut tightly. It was fine for us (a married couple), but might be weird for friends bunking together.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was central to everything we needed in Atlanta!

Per what was advertised, I thought the bar would be larger.

The first room I was put in was a complete wreck. The beds were off the post, couch cushions were thrown around. Absolute mess

It was not what I expected. Super small gym and no pool, good thing we went in tje winter. Also tje website was confusing I thought I clicked on tje location I was staying at but it gave me a description of another location
