Hampton Inn Atlanta-Georgia Tech-Downtown

Breakfast was great. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable.

The pillows were not great. Also, all of the ice machines were down. This is unacceptable. There were over 5 in the hotel and they were all out of order!

The staff were exceptional with their hospitality. Hampton always had a great breakfast experience.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows had no support to them. Very poor quality. The street traffic was annoying and loud all night. Valet parking was mandatory at $25 per day. There were no other options.

Allowed dogs. Valet gentleman was very accommodating and overall nice.

The walls in the bathroom need cleaning. The street noise from vehicles is VERY loud.

Staff was great. Very nice from valet to behind the counter. My room actually flooded in middle of night - and they put me in new room efficiently.. Was there about a week and recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Atlanta.

When the bathroom above my room leaked into ours, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The staff was friendly, and I loved the valet parking. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms were slightly humid, even after adjusting the thermostat.

Easy to get to from expressway and on Georgia Tech campus where I needed to be

Not clean - shower walls are disgusting. First floor with zero noise control so it sounded like we were in the street. Tried to drown some of the noise with the heat/ac unit but it just made loud clicking noises. Great valet.

Great location for visiting Georgia Tech campus. Bed and room were comfortable,

The toilet and shower in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The breakfast was very average - oatmeal was not cooked. Only valet parking is available, no self parking.

Staff very, very friendly and helpful! Cookies and hot chocolate at check in were a nice touch.

Road noise on 3rd floor was terrible. Loud! I appreciated the attempt to mitigate the noise by having ear plugs bedside but not ideal.

I loved the staff they were extremely helpful and kind. Made sure to clear up any questions I had.

Parking was a little tight and it was $20 a day.

The Hampton Inn in downtown Atlanta is close to all the action downtown. It is reasonably priced, clean and the staff is terrific! I will definitely stay again in the future...

I sincerely cannot think of a thing that didn't meet or exceed my expectations...

The valet car guy was very friendly and spoke to me every time I came into the hotel. I called the front desk person and he was helpful as I was trying to order Chinese take-out.

Location was close to the convention center.

This hotel is located on the intersection of two major roads. The traffic noise in the room was exceptionally loud and made it hard to very hard to sleep at night.

The staff limited to the 1st time I called was rude & passive aggressive with me. He did not help or try to find a solution when I needed a room asap. Said no exceptions I would have to wait till 3-m check in while I was stuck at airport at 5:15 am

Very clean hotel and room; friendly, helpful staff. Their house brand coffee is fabulous. The breakfast area was clean and updated. I loved that they had hot slow cooked oatmeal with whole food add-ins. The hotel was a half-mile, easy walk to downtown.

Although the breakfast selections were vast, the hot items and cut fruit lacked flavor. Also, I didn't realize there was no pool until we checked in, but we dealt with it. They did not advertise a pool, so no blame on the hotel.

Location to the GA Tech campus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Hotel was good. its close to downtown and its next to Georgia Tech uni. So walking at night is not a problem as its close to the varsity. Hotel shuttle was good.Though they dont pick up at the airport, they can send to the MARTA which leads to the Airport

No eating shops nearby. Thats the only downside of this hotel.

Friendly staff, location to Georgia Tech - perfect for anyone touring the campus as hotel is directly across the street from the Bill Moore Student Services Building where all tours begin. That was a nice surprise.

Having to pay $18/day for valet only to watch them park my car 40 feet away. They have one extremely small parking lot next to hotel entrance with maybe 20 spaces. That is it. There is no reason the have mandatory valet as they aren't providing a service
