a/c didn't work, desk staff rude did not feel safe in parking lot

It was really quiet and affordable for me. The rooms were clean.

The parking lot was a little rough and there was a smell of pot being smoked in the halls from time to time.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff.

Only complaint is the doors slam unless you make an effort to close them gently. Being woken by multiple slamming doors was pretty unpleasant, and there?s no going back to sleep. I?d recommend the hotel to figure out a way to make the doors close quieter.

Clean, spacious room, budget friendly, nice breakfast and close to the center of city.

The location

There were roaches crawling inside drawers, roach/bug powder inside the toilet paper dispenser, and the curtains had bullet holes in them. The bathroom floor hadn?t been swept or mopped.

Nothing good about this hotel

This hotel was dirty, I found a bed bug on a towel, they don?t keep up with the breakfast, the pool is disgusting, The water pipes make a noise when the shower is being used so it?s difficult to sleep at night. The manager Donna is horrible and a liar.

Our room was not ready until 6 so we had to all cram in the other room I purchased. Elevator was extremely slow other one was broken down.

Everything- customer service was terrible- they charged me twice on my card and it doesn?t come back until 5-7 business days.? breakfast was not clean-

The best thing I could say is the price was cheap but I wasn't aware of the area, it is close to alot of places which is nice but not the best area to sty.

Only one elevator was working, the room looked like it was under construction or just completed construction. Just seemed dirty and dingy.

Black mold in the room, elevator was dirty and slow and the hotel was run down.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was excellent and clean the breakfast was delicious.

I went to check the room out because of a previous vacation nightmare, and when we enter the room: It's wasn't fresh like it was just cleaned and the bed was cover with dig hair.

The pool was green and not in operation, floors constantly sticky, high traffic sounds from the room, hard bed, whole hotel smelled like marijuana most times, the air conditioner had a smell coming from it like mold them didn¿t work right the last 2 nigh

Pool was down,elevator was creepy, my bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, told we could go to a sister hotel to swim but never told where it was, very horrible experience...

I booked because it had a pool.Pool was closed. Water was green and there were bugs. Had to wait 20 to check in, as there was no attendant. Got to the room and it was dirty and tv was broke. Switched rooms and was put in dbl queen, not king like I booked.

Very close to the Georgia Aquarium and they say they have 24/7 parking lot patrol. I didn't see this personally but the front desk employee made it a point to let us know.

The staff are a bit cold and not very friendly but they did their jobs and were accommodating when requested.
