Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Lenox Buckhead

The AC didnt work. the room the hot. there were no air vents in the room. The AC unit was in the living room. We had to leave the bedroom doors open in order to get the little of cold air to flow to the bedroom. plus the air was obstructed.

we were placed in an handicap room.

It was 2 minutes away from a good last minute place to eat when we arrived from middle GA... Thanks hotel employee for telling us about Twin Peaks, it had a good atmosphere for the SEC Championship

The elevator didn't work the last day, but we was using the stairs prior

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a top floor room- no view, but the room itself was large and quiet.

Room was nice, but a bit rundown. Some areas that needed care-wall paper peeling, hole in bathroom, stained couch. Overall the room was good but clearly the maintenance was lacking.

Location great, staff great.

My room wasn?t the room I selected and the pool and outside area closed

Spacious room, full kitchen, easy parking.

Slow internet. Room smelled a bit. Door did not auto close. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Main desk did not have my number on file & phones in room did not work so management came knocking on my door in the middle of something to switch rooms.

Room contained everything I needed accept for a bathroom fan. It was also very quiet for being in the city.

Only that we did not have a fan for the bathroom.

The breakfast was amazing every morning. We also enjoyed the wednesday night reception. It was very welcoming.

The furniture in the rooms need to be updated. The sofa had tears in the cushions

Microwave not working. Called to get it fixed and even though someone came to check it never got fixed. Toilet pump not working properly. Had to tweak it because it was too late at night to deal with the front desk. Parking $20 per day!

it's located in a very nice cool and calm environment, very accessible to shopping centers and alot more services needed, car rental, urgent care very nice neighborhood.

I was dissapointed with the beddings, very old bedsheets and bed coverings out of original white color turned cream. i requested for new beddings after 2 days hoping to get something better but got exactly same old bedsheets not white off white was upset.

I liked the hotel but I was supposed to have a room with 2 bedrooms and a living room. A suite.

Lots of room and updated

I expected the breakfast to be a little better than the free breakfast you get with hotels, only because I was so pleased with the rooms. We went down for breakfast at 920 am. They stop serving at 10am. There were no eggs and the grits were not done.

The location was great - easy to get to midtown and downtown plus plenty to do in the area. Room was large and comfortable.

Breakfast! Don¿t go to this hotel expecting your typical Hilton Homewood suites experience. They literally gave me the same items with poor taste during my 10 day stay. Bad experience. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location, decent breakfast for the times

Cockroach in the room, broken pull out bed, wet small and tight room compared to other home woods.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and the location was convenient to the sites we were seeing.

The hotel was close to a busy road. Between the loud traffic and the dog barking in the neighboring hotel room, we did not sleep well. When we opened the pull out sofa, there were a lot of crumbs all over the sheets.

The hotel was clean,front desk staff was friendly

No hot breakfast serve as advertised, sausage egg McMuffin was not available on Saturday and Sunday. There was no housekeeping service, no one did the trash, there were no extra trash bag in the room, the elevator to the parking lot smells like weed.

Simply put, it matched everything I needed. A bit more space than a standard hotel room, close to where I needed to be, no charge for parking...and as a bonus, the staff was super friendly!!

The only thing I would change...I would put some sort of partition between the bed and the bathroom area...
