It had Big roaches and not a pleasant smell

The front desk the people was very nice and friendly...

In our room there was a roll of socks balled up in the corner by the air condition. That's about it but other than that the room was clean...

It's not a 3 star hotel. Swimming pool closed. Room is outdated and smelled musty. Old bathroom fixtures.

Represented as a 3-star but struggle to come close to a 2-star. Missing wood trim around part of the mirror, smelled as if it had been smoked in (which we're very sensitive to), and the AC didn't cool too well.

the hidden $200 security deposit that is mentioned no where when I booked the room and have yet to get back almost 30 days later

Nice little continental breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and easy to get along with

It was not the staff's fault but the elevator was broke and I was on the third floor with my mother of 90 years old and I'm 65 and I need hip surgery so it was a very unpleasant experience as far as anytime we wanted to go do anything it was broke 3 days

What I thought was a straightforward price.

Then you threw in a $200 room deposit, that was not well published, so what if I did not have the $200 deposit? I would not get the room, and I believe my room payment was non refundable. Also the room smelled like feet and dog, 2 nights $--- + deposit.

The manager sent a text to the staff members stating that he?d dock their pay if they don?t charge a $200 deposit. The front desk clerk even explained that they?d be fired if this happened. Don?t support this cause.

The location is great where restaurants and shopping centres are plenty. It is also a minute to the major freeway I-285 and 85.

The $200 hold , smell of hotel, all you smell is smoke and mildew ,

Clean, wonderful room and very polite and friendly staff.

Needs some cleaning - updating. Curtains on windows didn't do a very good job of blocking light.

Hotel was dank and musty. There were never any extra sheets and pillows for the sofabed. the sofabed mattress was horrendously filthy.

Walking distance to a lot of needed places and food. Hotel employee was the best.

They don't check the linen for debris, food etc. 2 separate set of sheets had coffee stirring straws in them which means they just ball up and stuff in the laundry without checking or shaking..

While I was waiting online, the staff gave the guest ahead of me a welcome bag with water, etc. When it was my turn they did not. I asked about it and the attendant just chucked and called next person. I was so taken aback on how I was treated.

It smells smoke, Marijuana, the carpet is dirty inside the room. I am allergic to the smell & I didn't stayed at the hotel, why I didn't get fully refunded.

It is not clean. The customers they had they were smoking cigarettes, Marijuana by the balcony. The hotel hallway is the balcony.

The bed. The bedding was soft and was comfortable. Tye towels were absorbent.

Perfection isn't possible, but there was a broken finger nail in the bathroom that wasn't mine.

The gentleman who chceck us in was very kind and accommodated my service dog really well.

Our side of the building smelled nothing but marijuana.. guys parked down at the end of the parking lot in the back selling im assuming marijuana as they started smoking after the girl gave them money.
