Outdated bathroom, vents in bathroom dusty and broken. Loud noise from air pressure fan.

I've always liked the excellent staff,  They are so attentive to the guests needs, and very professional. Love the breakfast, ice cream availability, great snacks and the beds are very comfortable. Netflix good

Parking cost too much. Should only be $10, given it's located where there's more than enough parking.

One of my favorite hotel stay locations. Very convenient to Buckhead community, stores, restaurants, etc, Excellent staff and very good breakfast. Love having Netflix as well.

Staff being more attentive to certain elements. The breakfast was great but was not set properly even 30 mins after starting. Ice machine was not working at one point. Overall a decent average stay.

Location was excellent.

The shower took forever to get hot, and only had a partial door. The pool was overly chlorinated to the point it gave my daughter a rash and the back door had to be propped open to breathe.

The food was good. Clean environment.

Staff does not deliver towels to the room.

It had a small refrigerator with no freezer compartment. There was no means of cooking in the room other than the microwave.

The staff during check out was very friendly.

The double booked our room and gave someone else the room key so I walked out of the shower to a stranger standing in my room next to my baby. Rooms weren¿t very clean, found hairs in the bed and bathroom. Parking was $12, not free. Breakfast wasn¿t great

The place did not have working WiFi my entire stay (my meeting was the reason for my stay, on I had to re-schedule) I had no opportunity to find another place and parking was not free as advertised by your site. I¿ve requested a full refund.

The hotel was very outdated, dirty walls, heater/Ac unit was turn knob which made it hard to figure out room temperature, the rugs in hallway and in room were filthy. The hotel smelled overall of marijuana. Will never stay at a Fairfield again.

I had a roach in my bed!! No compensation just gave me a new room if it wasn't so late I would've left. Lady says a manager will contact me still haven't heard from anyone!!

Cleanliness and the staff.

Did not disclose certain amenities were not available due to Covid until it was pass my cancellation day. With Covid still running rampant it would be nice for the hotels to update information so travelers can make an informed decision when booking.

It was in a great location and walking distance to restaurants and The Shops of Buckhead.

As a Marriott member I usually receive a bottle of water at check in but not at this location. Other than that it was a good overnight stay. I would stay here again.

Super clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, safe area. Highly recommend!

It fitted me well. Basic room and services. No extra bed-making or bath supplies. TV worked well. Great shower. Nothing unnecessary or wasteful.

No easy chair. But few hotels seem to have easy chairs.
