Travel Inn Atlanta

Super easy on/off access to 75. Close to a supercenter Walmart, and a direct to downtown city street. There was actual room servicing after just 1 day.

Room and gate key card usefulness was intermittent. The office is physically separated from the rooms by this swing gate. A couple small bugs were seen.

Terrible location. I slept fully clothed as everything was I couldn't tell whether things were dirty or just run down.

The fax that they allowed us to check in early. We were coming from New York

The lady at the front desk was nice.

Everything sucked. The man who ran it in the day was rude. He called me yelling because I was asleep and didn't answer when the morning house keeper came by the rooms. The room was dirty, pee on the seat when i got there among other things wrong too.Awful

Hotel rooms were dirty and had mold growing in them. Rooms were nonsmoking but wreaked of smoke. We were only there a few hours or we would have cancelled our rooms and gone elsewhere.

Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Baby roaches, mother roaches, daddy roaches. The wifi did not work. There was only two towels in the room. The smell was horrible. Did I forget to mention there was roaches!!!!

The room was nasty, the staff was very rude, they did not want to bring us clean sheets even though the sheets that were already on the bed were filthy. I will never return to travel inn.

Location

The bathroom had a puddle of water in it the second morning - a result of having the upstairs bathroom tub leak through the ceiling light. Otherwise, things were okay.

The price and that it was convient to the church.

The drug infested neighborhood, the mold in the ceiling, the fact that a police officer had to let us in the gate at night. Linen smelled like smoke. Worst hotel ever!!!!

The entrance. I have a low car and it scrapes really bad coming in and out.

Yes, many. Worst hotel experience of my life. Tried to get a refund, but was denied.

The cleaniness, and the fact they had a safe box u can put personal stuff in yr room that u had to put a code it.
