The staff was pleasant.

The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, exposing a wall with black mold. A small shopping cart with two baskets was used instead of a room-service cart. The elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was dirty, and the room had an unpleasant odor.

The smell in the hallways, the breakfast wasn?t good, the elevators wasn?t clean. The smell really what got me it was horrible. Like the carpet needs to be taken up.

Recommend as long as you understand what a 2 star hotel under $100 hotel is or isn't. Carpet is old and nasty throughout hotel it stinks badly.. Room was decent not as stinky but bring a room deodorant.

It?s old run down smells like stale cigarettes. Wall, toilet seat, and ceiling tiles peeling. Checked the bed for bed bugs and found a very stained mattresses under the mattress cover. Would not stay again.

The manager was nice a enough to find a room for us to check in super early in yhr gurricane crisis even after being told everything was sold out.

The carpet on the floor was nasty the room was filthy. I got bit up by bugs the night i stayed. The staff lady was rude went to extend and let the front desk know we be staying an extra day and paid for it. Cleaning lady barged in anyways.

Noisy AC system. Carpets could do with a good steam clean, so this Hotel can gain its extra star rating.

The location was perfect for my schedule. Close to Downtown and close to Turner Field

The common areas and halls are outdated and need new carpet and paint badly! one of the elevators was not working properly and they didn't put a sign on it.

The front desk attendant was as helpful as he could be but ultimately could not help us.

The hotel did not have the room that was advertised and paid for, which we did not find out until we went to our room and it was nothing like what we booked. We had to cancel and rush to book somewhere else that would meet our needs.

The location of the hotel to many attractions and interstates was definitely a plus.

The hotel breakfast staff (woman) was rude and stated that guests probably kept their residence the way they were keeping the dining area, which was not appropriate for her to state with anger. Posting where to eat and what to wear was annoying.

Close to where I needed to be, free parking and awesome breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly

The room that I was given which was on the first floor had a bad smell, bad air quality and a questionable stain on the ceiling. At 4:00, I asked for another room, was told "no". Then I spent the rest of time out in the lobby. hotel had 100 rooms.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Great staff experience all around. Bathroom was very clean.

Stairwell was not clean. Downstairs lobby and eating area need refreshing and less like a college dorm room.

Thay did not charge for parking.

There was no maid service. Also it was hard to find someone at the desk in the morning. We had to get a plunger and unclog our own toilet.

This hotel had computer problems and could not check anyone in. Although the hotel had multiple ways of contacting me, they failed to do so. I only found out when trying to check in after a 200 mile drive.

The mattress did not have a boxspring on the 2nd floor,the mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I woke up each morning with my back hurting. There was a problem with the regulator with the hot water I burned my hand and got a blister.
