Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Windy Hill/Ballpark

Once you walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes. In the hallway you there were water bugs and in my room cockroaches. Big drainage problem. Wouldn¿t come back again.

Location

The bathroom floor and shower had hair everywhere. Dusty room, small elevator at the other end of hotel. No parking instructions so that I don't walk all the way to the front to exit. Smoking is allowed! I will never return!

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

When people use the patio doors above us it sounded like thunder. Luckily they weren't going in and out of it all night.

The exterior/lobby do not match the interior and rooms of the hotel. Air conditioning in unit only worked when being flipped off and then on multiple times. Old wallpaper in the bathroom and tiles on floor with lots of scaling. The bathroom wasn¿t clean-

weird stain on sink, dirty tub, dirty shower liner, leaking shower head, etc. Does not fit into anything similar to any Marriot room we¿ve been in. Everything in the room is old/outdated and in desperate need of a renovation.

Stains on chair from ¿activities¿ stains in sheets washlcloths. Room smelled stale. Bathroom was outdated and dark. Walls were VERY thin. Neighbor parties and ¿activities¿. First floor smelled like marijuana.

We were traveling through to Illinois from the Keys. We drove until we were tired, then I went on my phone and easily booked this hotel, and about 20 minutes later we checked in. I can always trust a Marriott to be clean and in good repair.

Upon checking in, the toilet had urine in it and a dirty wash rag hanging from the curtain rod.

Close proximity to dozens of restaurants and shopping centers. Only minutes away from all the attractions I was in town for, and unlike the other hotels, had free parking

The staff was so friendly when checking in and out. The room was clean and the bed slept great.

They ice machine didn't work on my floor had to go up to the second floor and it wouldn't have been nice if they have free breakfast.

The decor in the lobby is captivating. It is absolutely beautiful.Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean.

I wish they offered free breakfast. My reservation said there would be one free breakfast to a guests, but we didn't get it either.

general older feeling. There are some updates going on to the front exterior appearance, but the inside (including carpeting) leaves a bit to be desired.

Felt that a cheaper quality was fixed up and rebranded as a Marriott Courdyard.....did not have a Marriott quality to it.....and the room we got was in the basement...below the 1st floor...hallway felt stuffy

It was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room, although there was a refrigerator.
