Very clean and in a great location

Had to pay for parking

Bar staff were friendly and made excellent drinks! Checkout staff were helpful and friendly!

Valet was not very timely

The Staff especially the Valet staff and the front counter staff were very helpful.

Our original room did not have any heat and the rooms do not have microwaves; this could be a deal breaker. The prices at the Diner and the snack area were very pricey, especially when there were other options within walking distance.

Minor thing, but no black tea was offered in the rooms. Yes I requested some. The coffee shop was very slow and the food I was was stale.

General manager unprofessional, rooms half cleaned, rust in bathroom, toilet not working , no complimentary coffee or tea in lobby. Telephone in room not working. A couple of the staff including the manager did not care about the issues , horrible!

Our stay was great room was clean location was perfect and the workers was great and friendly I wish there was parking but you have to pay for valet but other than that when I come back I will stay there

No parking is the only thing I don¿t like

The parking was ridiculous $38 a night on top of this great deal excessive charges to my credit card of a additional hundred dollars.

At this time I have nothing nice to say about the hotel!!!!

The young man at the front desk was not helpful, rude to my husband, paid more attention to his phone!!!! The valet guy was more respectful and helpful than the actual people inside. Charged extra fees, and another nights stay!!!! I¿m livid

Location.

TV had white lines running through the picture. Drain clogged in tub/shower stood in water while showering. Mattress was concave like a banana.

First off the room was not as advertised, was as small as my closet. 2nd floor with a view of a roof top out of a quarter window. Then we call for Valet to bring up Car they never answered ever. Then the Roaches in the the room. Unexpectedly

Staff didn¿t know kitchen wasn¿t open. Parking expensive. 20oz coke was more than 7 dollars each. Room refrigerator small and broken.

Location and cleanliness was on point!

Some activities of the guests were a little disturbing but I guess the hotel staff can¿t control everything. When the staff was notified, they compensated for the problem.

Clean hotel but very little amenities

I was hoping for at least one bottle of water. Nothing provided.

I enjoyed, my stay. I come regularly Staff Waites demonstrated exceptional customer service. Another observation I found a pleasure was the complimentary drinks and snacks. It's the little details I found most pleasing.

Location

The first room I was given had a roach in it so I asked for a different room. After coming from breakfast, the keys to my door stopped working so I went to the front desk to get new ones (didn¿t work). The battery/sensor on died. Took 1hr to fix.

Clean and friendly

Restaurant inside hotel was closed both days we were there this included their continental breakfast. It was not advertised on the booking site and was very inconvenient.

Very nice hotel!

They wouldn¿t let us park car there because we weren¿t checked in yet! Couldn¿t do early checkin because room wasn¿t ready. Guests should be allowed to park their car there when they have a reservation and when we were there for a music festival.
