- The bathroom floor tile was very slippery. I fell. Also, we couldn¿t find an ice machine on our floor or the one below it.

Yes. When I checked in, the hotel put a chain my card for 20 dollars, which I was told was for "incidentals". That was fine. But that night they added another charge for $50.45. The next morning there was another charge of 70 dollars. Unprofessional!
Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.
Crazy dated property. Kitchen floor, bathroom floor and plastic shower enclosure screamed 90's. Also one of the remote controls didn't work.

The front chech-in man  was absolutely amazing in his demeanor and professionalism.
I had a late check-out scheduled for 2:00 and the cleaners came in at 1:00 while I was in the bath and asked me to leave.
The hotel room per night was --- dollars. The incidental hold was --- DOLLARS. More than the actual room itself. It would be one thing if it was paid parking, or if there was a bar or restaurant, but there was NONE. TV didn't work.
The desk staff was awesome.Hotel Employee took care of me and was spot on. Also, received restaurant information and directions where I need to go.
