There was no one available to check me in for over 30 mins. I stood outside the hotel, couldn't even get in through the locked doors, called the front desk, the phone rang without answer. Called the main Hilton line and they couldn't get through either.

Staff was exceptional, all of them friendly, attentive, and expressed caring.

The pre-made coffee was horrible and the beakfast needs an upgrade. Food looked like it came from a gas station; all highly processed and wrapped in plastic.

The breakfast was horrible and they gave us a dirty room had spiders on bed

Staff was nice they had restaurants around the hotel

Cleanliness it needs to be a whole remolding.bathroom are extremely to small can not move around.

Purchased a king studio suite,checked in and was told my room was given away and they were putting me in a double bed suite,manager refused and lied and said they were going to contact me and never did.They also refused to compensate my one night stay!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel employee were always quite helpful. Housekeeping were always very polite and friendly.

Breakfast, the staff were all so very professional and friendly.

I did not like that I had to sit towel and trash outside the door to get new replacements.

The proximity to all the shopping & food.

Cleanliness could have been better. Main floor restrooms were neglected.

LOCATION

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME STAYING AT THIS LOCATION FIRST TIME WAS GREAT, SECOND TIME WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE PILLOWS WHICH NEED REPLACING, THEY'VE SEEN BETTER DAYS.

The wonderful employees I interacted with. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and my room. The best thing was it was located very close to the place I had an appointment next day.

Hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and professional.

The sofa bed had an unidentifiable wet splotch underneath that was molding on the vinyl support.

The outside scenery was nice.

The inside is dated. The toilet seat was broken. The hotel staff was rude and not accommodating.

Excellent, clean room with great features. We were traveling with an infant and this was the perfect hotel for us. Staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was great. This hotel was wonderful, I definitely would have been willing to pay more!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We were given hot cookies and a water when we arrived.

Nice accommodations,water filling station, quiet,comfy bedding, clean, free parking, and decent breakfast.

I did not like the awkward parking lot for personal reasons, A/C unit was loud, and misleading pics of a queen suite but getting a studio suite instead.

Location was great! Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cooking is done on an induction plate that you have to borrow from the front desk. If they are all loaned out your basically stuck.
