Rooms are dated, overpriced valet

I am so disappointed that I am unable to recall the name of the friendly associate who greeted me and my family upon arrival. Her standard greeting for each guest was hello, ?Sunshine.? She was very professional, genuinely caring and knowledgeable.

The windows are clearly single pane, as the street noise was extremely loud. I requested a room on a high floor, which did not seem to help.

The location was perfect for attending a show at the State Farm Arena.

The room was extremely small, there was hardly a window and there was no microwave. Really unacceptable considering the cost!

My party was stranded due to flight issues. We wound up at this hotel at 1am and they were so patient, kind and helpful. I would stay here again 100%

Clean, quiet, location

Hotel was very clean, staff were kind and fun to deal with and it's a pretty hotel. The rooms are very aesthetically pleasing and very modern. Floors are not carpet which was very accommodating if you need to bring a pet.

Valet parking only so I would leave the hotel with your vehicle as little as possible. Mattress was kinda lumpy and probably needed to be turned or replaced

Central to everything downtown has to offer. Good restaurant and bar in the lobby. Very accommodating staff.

Not really. The room was a bit small, but a large shower and a cool modern design with unique lighting and a good view made up for it.

The location and common areas were nice.

My friend who stayed with me beloved she was bitten by bed bugs. I didn't find any bites on myself.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel being as big as it was, was very quiet and comfortable.

The only complaint was parking. If not paying for their valet service, parking is confusing.

The staff from check in/out, house keeping, pool and beach attendants. Breakfast and hotel was nice as well as pet friendly for our two yorkies. Location was excellent for us but the access to the beach front was perfect. We will be back to stay.

I loved the shower in the bathroom.

It felt a little dark. There were lights in the room, but with the dark walls, it still felt a a little dark. Not bad at night, but would have liked a little more light in the morning.

Very nice lobby. Very clean and comfy room. Everything is updated and works as it should.

Parking was valet only and very expensive for overnight. Wound up parking in open lot across the street

Roaches, leaks in bathroom and the shower FLOOD..

The staff was awesome and courteous... Location cannot be better... The hotel in general was a great experience... Bar and pool...

The parking situation is a complete nightmare... Absolutely no free parking, they charge a daily rate, which is expected, BUT IT'S VALET ONLY... $38 per day came to over $100 simply for parking for the weekend, and don't forget the tips...

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in the only thing that¿s nice about it is the bathroom. The staff was terrible they over charged my card by $200 and they did not tell you that you will have to pay for valet parking which is $38 a day.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. Location to perfect for several downtown locations. Ed¿s were comfortable. Nice outdoor sitting area.

The bathroom did not have a fan. No staff to service room. We stayed multiple days. There were no directories anywhere! I had to ask the location of everything- pool area, gym, ATM, microwave,

The Hotel location and staff were excellent!

Yes. Upon my arrival, Guests were standing outside the front door congregating and smoking. That was not visually appealing. There was also loud music and talking and TVs playing in occupied rooms, which could be heard in my room.

It was in a good location

If I needed anything (towels, cups, food) I would have to go downstairs, no one would bring it to my room. It was a hassle sometimes to get my room cleaned, I would book a time every day and they wouldn¿t show up, took three times before they showed up.

More towels and bath care products should be provided.
