- The walls are so thin that you can here a pen drop . Every morning I could hear the cleaning staff and it was too much
- There was a bug in my first room so I immediately had to switch rooms. The second room they switched me to was completely different which I wasn¿t made aware of. The bed an pillows were absolutely horrible! I woke up with my back & neck killing me.
- Someone had already checked in under my Confirmation Number the day before. Supervisor said she would contact Housekeeping (?) to find out what happened. Asked to keep me informed, never heard another word. No concern over potential ID theft!!!

Great location, excellent staff, modern clean room with great bed/bathroom. Excellent European breakfast. If and when we return to Atlanta this Buckhead area hotel will be our first choice.

Location was great! The whole feel of the hotel made you feel like you were in a different city. Loved the decor and staff was friendly.

The location is great and the customer service is very professional and accommodating. This is my second time staying at this location and definitely won't be my last.
The whole hotel setup of the hotel was exceptional.
Housekeeping didn't clean up on the second day and missed a cup which caused ants.
The ambience. The hotel has such a cool vibe from the moment you enter the hotel. When you check in the staff is polite and attentive. When you arrive to your room your are transported to a modern chic accomodation.
Breakfast could have been more of an ordeal.
