Pros +

Nice upper floors, nice pool, great location for our needs.
Perfect location!

Cons -

Room slightly smelled of smoke. Turning the AC down helped. Otherwise, super comfy bed and such.
Was not thoroughly cleaned. Empty shampoo bottle on the floor of the shower. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No trashbag in the trash can.
