The location

The shower was terrible- old and outdated and the tub didn't drain properly

Location is good, you can get to all points of interest in a reasonable amount of time. Plenty of Restaurants and Shopping in the area.

The breakfast service was lacking urgency and was not able to handle the morning attendance. I stated that we were 3 adults on the reservation, the sofa bed had not sheets, pillows, and bed cover, the front desk made us come down for the bed items.

Nothing i like, hotel needed a heated pool, checked in I was asked for deposit after everything was paid before checking in, even though garbage disposal did not work when I checked in and Im still waiting for my refunded deposit. Breakfast was ok.

Was not a quite relaxing hotel, the noise the floor above me was non stop, sound like a heard of elephants upstairs from the time I checked in at 5 o clock in the afternoon and lasted all night Jon stopped, I told the front desk, nothing was done.

I love the location and the spaciousness of the room.

I did not like the smell in the room upon entering. It¿s a strong smell but, once you get use it to you don¿t smell it until you exit and return to the room. Also, the parking could be better. It¿s a very tight squeeze for bigger vehicles.

Location and Staff. Appreciated being accommodated fairly quickly when they did not have the room I had ordered.

Seems to be some construction still going on at the hotel.

The location was great! 15-18m to my fam, 20-30m to airport & downtown. In a nice area with plenty of options (food/shop/entertainment). Free breakfast (5/10), parking, & airport shuttle. The suite was cute & cozy, sufficient for my stay and needs.

Hospitality needs work in responding. The pool was COLD, hall floors need to be replaced, lots of minor details around hotel & in rooms need fixing. Signage for hotel lobby is needed off main road! Smart TVs should be added.

Location, comfortable beds, size of room. Staff very pleasant. Good parking, free internet when it worked. Plenty of tv stations but no guide for 1st 17 days. Lifts good although one did not work on second stay- insurance certificate on elevators expired.

Terrible housekeeping.Beds not changed regularly, given sheets to change it ourselves.Stayed 17 nights, then 3 nights. Some rooms have garbage bins,hair dryers others did not.2 weeks to get dish cloths. No shuttle service,papers, safe.Firepit-lost remote

It's tired and dirty. The room smelled like shrimp. There was quite a hair collection in the shower when I got there. A roach crawled out of the shower valve to greet me while I was taking a shower. The internet didnt work the entire time I was there.

Kitchens in rooms, nice bathrooms and looks renovated. Indoor pool and laundry paid with quarters

One breakfast staff was rude and had to be corrected when speaking disrespectfully to my husband

It was noisy from other guests. The room wasn't thoroughly clean, there were hair left on the bathroom floor.

Easy check in, free parking near entrance. Staff offered a new room, but I had already cleaned/sanitized the one we'd been assigned. They brought a bag of clean linen and towels. They do have free breakfast but we didn't go down to get it.

Crumbs underneath desk. Toilet and shower not clean. The fridge could have been wiped out. There was blood on the blanket & possibly the chair. Need to deep clean furniture. Our room in Charleston Homewood Suites was spotless. This room in Atl wasn't.

The pool closes too early and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn¿t good at all. And the air conditioner wasn¿t working properly, so the room was hot.

Its kind of hidden but close to the highway and close to shopping center is nice and clean and had everything I needed bed stove microwave fridge ect.. free parking

Ants in our room resulted in us throwing away $10 of donuts. We got moved to the wrong room and that room was worse overall. Ants, cobwebs, noisy neighbors, dried up spills under the fridge. We weren't told ahead of time hot breakfast wasn't available

The shuttle service was good. The breakfast and Manager Night events were good. The room was so dirty I had to clean it for two hours after checking in.

The location. It is right behind Costco. There is nothing around the hotel. You have to walk for about 1 mile to get to the nearest supermarket if you do not want to wait for the shuttle.
