Kimpton Shane Hotel

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly, attentive staff. Great panoramic city view and excellent security—staff verified my info before issuing a key.

Customer Service was top tier. Very knowledgeable, very polite, kind, and had great energy and vibes.

Only thing is I wish they had. Is enough room in the refrigerator for customers to be able to store their own beverages.

Loved everything about this hotel. Modern, walking distance to Atlantic Station and many other places like Starbucks, the Theatre etc.. They have an amazing bar and outstanding customer service. Cannot wait to return. By far the best hotel experience!

No parking for high top van. We had to park on a sketchy lot.

Amazing beautiful brand new luxury resort. Loved everything and everything exceeded my expectations. Clean room and beautifully designed and furnished.

The rooms were very spacious and well decorate and the bathrooms was modern. The gym was also very nice.

Outside of the gym the hotel didn¿t have many amenities. They also advertised a roof top bar, but it¿s just on the second floor balcony. Could get better amenities for a similar price.

Room was spotless and comfortable.

I didn't find the steamer - and was looking for an iron. I would have liked a bit more information about what was available at no charge in the room.

Attentive staff and attention to detail:hotel employee was exemplary and made me feel so very welcome-as did the balance of the team (car valet/housekeeping etc) Hosted clientduring cocktail hour and again at lunch next day. Great experience!

Everyone was super friendly and professional, gave us a complimentary drink voucher on check in, constantly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our visit and if we needed anything, hotel had a very nice clean modern look, great location

The water pressure in the shower was a bit hit or miss and the doors to the hallway unfortunately were not very sound proof so whenever someone was in the hallways it would be quite loud.

There was no hot water for 2 nights. The Hotel offered to waive parking & breakfast. We asked for a receipt when we checked out but was declined on ground of $0 balance. Later we found we're charged all fees through credit card. The hotel was not honest.

Everything was great

The location. It¿s perfectly hidden in midtown close to several restaurants. I was also pleased they had a nice bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary wine hour.

The employees were ALL wonderful! The restaurant staff was truly amazing and made our stay memorable. We loved the stay and look forward to returning.

It was really hard to locate the hotel - there are no signage at all.

The staff was great. Lovely decor.

Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor conversation. Parking is also 45 dollars a night.

Beautiful views from huge windows, very attentive staff and the hotel is spotless and smells wonderful!!

Better smelling bath Products! Seriously they smell like lemon floor cleaner!
